Ending this week and month with lots of events to attend to and various things to work on, so I'll post this in advance even if there's a few days left. September is a month full of surprises and uncertainties. Lots of appreciation and self doubt all in one month.

But we carry on.

August 2026, in photos

It was rainy, but melancholic. Still the worst month of the year for me, but I still find slivers of moments and reasons to be happy. taken in Philippines by @grabcarl

Fernando Amorsolo's "The Blind Man" captures everyday Filipino life with warmth, emotion, and remarkable attention to light. Every brushstroke, shadow, and subtle color tells a story that deserves to be seen in full detail.

That's what makes the TCL A400 Series such an interesting canvas for timeless masterpieces. Its QD-Mini LED display, Art Gallery Mode, and ultra-slim design transform the TV into a digital gallery, bringing iconic works like "The Blind Man" to life with vivid colors, depth, and clarity while naturally blending into any living space.

If you're in Manila, take the opportunity to experience these Amorosolo works up close and see how art and technology come together, presenting heritage in every frame. Visit the exhibit from June 23 to 26 at Centro de Turismo Intramuros and discover how the TCL A400 Series turns classic masterpieces into part of everyday living.
