I started working on some designs last september and since then I’ve been putting together a menswear concept that is finally beginning to materialize. still got a long way to go, but I have two pieces finished now.
The concept for this design was a cummerbund built into a shirt. I don’t have fabric details because I got the fabric out of the discount bin at @fabricplacebasement a long time ago. by @grabsgarb

Yesterday I participated in Diversity Consignment’s Project Reworked Runway 🪡
The goal was to create a look from a bag of old clothes/items by repurposing them to fit the theme: Revolution
My design includes 7 peices, including my favorite—the cummerbund holster 🤠

Thank you to Raseed for modeling the look, to diversity consignment for this opportunity, to my family who came out to support me, and everyone who couldn’t make it but supported from afar. I had so much fun working on this project and feel very fortunate to have been part of this show.
