ran frenchmans cap in a day with @chelsearogers1 …. hard to find words that accurately describe doing something as diabolical as this, but wow. 🤯💫🌞 46km in the bag in just under 12 hours. my longest run by about 30km haha. incredibly astonished at the capability of the human body and mind ~ we truly dont give ourselves enough credit i dont think, i sure dont! a profound experience. grateful to have done this alongside one of my most treasured people. ✨✨ps i sobbed to this song on repeat for probably the last 7km, so it only feels right to give it a feature. big time day dreaming of this place at the moment… i spent my birthday last year cruising around the scottish highlands. staying in a gorgeous old farm cottage and waltzing around villages and horse riding and hiking. you bloody beauty. what an absolute joy it is to experience the world like this & have such memories that make me feel all warm and fuzzy. by @grace.shennan
