10 x National Champions.

Milestones don’t come without hard work and well thought out intention. All of the training sessions in the rain, session planning, film study, drill creation, playbook making, ball prepping, virtual sessions, TikTok creating, weekend sessions.

All worth it for that trophy. Thank you team, each and every one of you played out of your skin, no one could have asked for more.

Already thinking about next season…. 🏆✨🫶🏻🤍

Q4 ~ the busiest end of the year. NFL trips, football (obvs), brunching, good food, good people, someone’s birthday, first Christmas in our home, a special trip to Dublin, London at Christmas and apparently not a single photo of Christmas Day.

Q3…. a LOT happened! We finally bought a house and moved in, filled up the soul with some friends, took 8 flights anddd of course football (USA), football (China) and FOOTBALL + Fam (France)…. Experiences and medals to last a lifetime! Nothing but love 🫶🏻✨🤍🏡🇬🇧

This one’s for me and it’s a long one so buckle in!

GB win gold at the European Championship in Paris, France! For me, this win dates back 2 years where:

Back in 2023, GB were set to fight for gold in Limerick for the European Championships. A squad I made and later had to withdraw from, due to rupturing my ACL a few months prior. I travelled with the team and witnessed greatness and a championship winning team with my own eyes from the sidelines, something I found particularly hard (see 2nd to last photo for evidence..).

The injury sent me on a long journey of rehab (one we won’t go into again) and eventually allowed me to play in the World Championships in Finland 2024. This was a tournament I personally left feeling truly unsatisfied with as I knew I wasn’t performing at the level I was prior to injury.

Another year of hard work later, a new team, a new coaching staff and a greater spotlight on flag football led to the World Games in August 2025, an amazing experience but yet again, another tournament where I - and I think the whole team, left feeling we had more to give.

Through to the 2025 European Championships in Paris. We knew our goals and GB are now, back to back champions of Europe!!!
I’m so proud of every single player and staff member on this squad, everyone had a part to play in this gold medal. Every extra session (sometimes in pouring rain), every video call, every film session, every gym session, every camp, every sacrifice was worth it!

And on a personal note, this one meant a lot, more than any words I’ll be able to put together. It’s been a long journey and I think this win, is one I needed in order to close this book.

Now: it’s another year of hard work for me, a fight for selection to continue wearing the GB jersey and a target of a medal in the world championships in Germany 2026. The next book starts now and it’s the path to the Olympics LA 2028!

Final note, huge thank you to my rocks in the last photo. There’s no chance I’d have that medal without the 3 of you! Endless Love♥️🤍
