my first and last season as a football cheerleader was truly amazing. there were some pretty high highs and pretty low lows, but i wouldn’t trade this team for the world. i’ve said it before and ill say it again, i never once saw myself becoming a cheerleader, but now it’s hard to imagine my day-to-day without it. i’ve already started to count the days until basketball cheer starts, and i can’t thank my coach and my teammates enough for making my last fnl of high school so memorable. good luck to our boys at playoffs! @dlbhs_cheer by @grace_mad1

If you asked me a year ago about being a cheerleader, I would’ve told you absolutely not, but I’m so glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined. As a team, we went through a lot of ups and downs, but that truly only made us closer. I bonded with girls I was already friends with and made a few new friends too. I went into the season nervous and doubting my abilities, but this team built me up and helped me become better as a person and an athlete. I love you girls so much and there’s no one I would rather cheer beside than you guys. @dlbhs_cheer by @grace_mad1
