Hi, I’m Grace! Chief of Staff at IFCO.

I joined the team as Shannon’s EA July of 2025 while I was looking for a part time remote job to fit a flexible lifestyle in the midst of transition. I was a 3rd grade math and science teacher and wanted a new experience before getting too comfortable. I moved to Madrid to teach English part time and experience a new culture as well as grow in my role with InFocus! I soon found myself investing more and more into this incredible business as I wanted to see the dreams of Shannon and Lexie come to life! ✨

Some fun facts about me:

I was born in Colorado, grew up in Tampa, FL, went to college at Taylor University in Indiana, and now am living in Madrid, Spain 🇪

I am an adventurer who loves to travel, try new foods, and immerse myself in new cultures 🌎

Living in Spain has made me even more of a coffee drinker ☕ so I am always trying out new cafes!

My family and friends are the most important people to me 💖 I am blessed to have incredible parents, sisters, brothers and friends in so many places!!

This fall I will be getting my masters in International Education and Bilingualism in Madrid and this job allows me to pursue that🎉 by @grace_otto29

Truly the most beautiful bride, my pictures simply don’t do this wedding justice! I couldn’t be more honored to stand by her side and celebrate her and Micah and how the Lord has brought them together!! by @grace_otto29

Many different paths taken today on the Camino!!

Reminded me of the many different paths of life that we walk. Some more challenging than others but we can have confidence that Jesus wants to walk beside us on every one of them. Psalm 23!! El Señor es mi pastor y nada me faltará. by @grace_otto29

checked another continent off the list🇲🇦

Visited the Atlas Mountains & Agafay desert, rode camels, went hiking, drank lots of tea & coffee, and wandered through the Marrakech souks. So many bright colors, languages, cats & lots of delicious bread. Visiting during Ramadan was an intriguing experience & reminded me of the importance of taking time to intentionally grow closer to God! taken in Marrakech by @grace_otto29
