Last night marked the end of an era as we spent our last night of No Strings Improv at 409 Pakington St. The Laugher Party started here in early 2023 when PJ and I decided to meet up every Wednesday night to play some improv games and make each other laugh. So, I've included a clip of us from one of the first No Strings sessions, it was just the two of us, look at us all now! But for me, it's not only that. Our wonderful host, Grace Acting Studios, is the acting school I first attended as a teenager in 2011. This building and the river end of Pako has been a special place for me for about half of my life. We couldn't have achieved what we have without the support of @graceactingstudios . When we first told Sarah Grace that we needed a space to do some improv, she did not hesitate to help us out! Thank you Sarah! More than a decade later, I couldn't have imagined how many new friends and big laughs I were to have here. But we are so excited to keep the ball rolling with Grace at the new location on Market St in Geelong. See you at the next No Strings! Here's to many more years of laughs and improv 🎉 - Liam E by @graceactingstudios

Grace Acting Studios has been helping Geelong’s young actors shine on screen for 20 years, with alumni going on to work alongside homegrown A-listers Eric Bana and Toni Collette, among others. For the Supernova Spectacular, Novalie’s classmates in the audition-only Junior Masterclass have conceived, written, starred in and filmed an original web series on the theme of ‘hope’ in support of their friend. Under the guidance of Grace Assistant Director Libby Brockman, a seasoned stage and screen actor, the young cast took to location at The Door Gallery Cafe in Fyansford. Catch selected sketches screening live at the Katsumata Centre on 18 October. Tickets available now – lights, camera, Supernova! by @graceactingstudios
One of the best things about being an actor? Getting to dress up in all sorts of incredible costumes, of course! 🎬 Here’s Max dressed for his role as Dancing Boy in Insidious: Out of the Further. You look absolutely awesome, Max—we’re so proud of you! 🌟 by @graceactingstudios
Say hello to Supernova Spectacular Co-Host Sarah Grace, Director of Grace Acting Studios and a familiar face on Australian television. Sarah spent five seasons as Bridget Gross in Channel 7’s Winners & Losers, with earlier roles in Neighbours, Blue Heelers and Canal Road. She trained at the Stella Adler Academy in LA and is a qualified teacher who is passionate about drama in education. On 18 October, Sarah takes the stage at the Katsumata Centre to support Novalie and raise vital funds for children’s cancer research. Grab your tickets before they’re gone. by @graceactingstudios
What’s better than working on the set of a blockbuster film? Doing it alongside one of your acting besties! 🎬✨ Grace student Charli was cast as Young Gemma in the international hit film Insidious: Out of the Further, now showing in cinemas. Our amazing Lily joined her on set as Young Gemma’s body double—and, as you can see, these two had an absolute ball sharing the experience! A special shoutout also goes to Grace student Max—Lily’s brother—who appears in the film as Dancing Boy. Three Grace actors working on a film that has now grossed more than $140 million USD internationally. Now that’s incredible! 🤩 Working on a major film is an unforgettable achievement. Making memories and sharing the experience with friends along the way? Well, that’s priceless. ❤️ We are so incredibly proud of you, Charli, Lily and Max! @charli_penton by @graceactingstudios
