𝗔𝗻 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵, 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 🌿

We recently had the pleasure of inviting some of our clients to an insightful session exploring 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵, 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 from different perspectives.

From 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 to 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴, the afternoon brought together valuable insights from 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗙𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹𝘀, 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗷𝗶 𝗬𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗶 and 𝗗𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗺.

Beyond the sharing, it was also a lovely opportunity to spend time with our clients and enjoy meaningful conversations outside of our usual setting.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We hope you walked away with 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 and a little more inspiration to invest in your health and wellbeing for the years ahead. ✨

Congratulations to 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐧𝐠 on achieving provisional 𝐌𝐃𝐑𝐓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕. 🌟

A goal becomes different the moment you can finally call it an achievement.

Every client served, every lesson learnt and every challenge navigated has contributed to this moment. What once felt like a goal in the distance is now something Grace can proudly call her own.

MDRT is a significant marker in any adviser’s journey, but perhaps even more meaningful is the person you become while working towards it.

One chapter accomplished, with so much more still waiting to be written. ✨

✍️ 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭.

Recently I received something that felt surprisingly special — a 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐟𝐥𝐲𝐞𝐫 @gracezhenxin 📝❤️

In today’s fast-moving, digital world, where we communicate through 📱 WhatsApp, 💻 emails, 🤖 AI and ⚡ instant messages, receiving a handwritten note feels increasingly rare.

And perhaps that is exactly why it meant so much.

A handwritten note takes a little more effort.
✍️ You have to pause.
💭 Think about what you want to say.
❤️ And put a personal touch into it.

That got me thinking about financial advisory.

As advisors, we deal with numbers, policies, investments and financial strategies 📊💰 — but at the heart of our profession, 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞.

And I believe that personal touch will become an increasingly valuable attribute when servicing clients. 🤝

Clients may forget the details of a conversation.

But they are more likely to remember 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥.

𝘈 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘮𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘦.
𝘈 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘸𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘥.
𝘈 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸-𝘶𝘱.
𝘙𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘦.
𝘛𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯.

These little things can make a BIG difference. 🌱

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬. ✍️❤️

I’m excited to see the upcoming achievements of @gracezhenxin in the years to come! 📈🎉

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁: 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 ✨

We came to JB not just to take a break, but to take some time to think about where we’re going, both as individuals and as a team.

Day 1 was about getting clear on our vision. What do we want to build together? What do we want for ourselves? And more importantly, what needs to change for us to become 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁?

Through conversations, reflections and plenty of ideas on the table, we defined the 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀, 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 we want to shape our team moving forward.

Because a great team isn’t built by achievements alone. It’s built by the people in it, how we show up for one another, and the culture we choose to create together. 🤍

And after a full day of thinking, we ended the night simply enjoying each other’s company with good food, good conversations and a chance to connect beyond work.

One day down, and a clearer picture of what we want to build together. ✨ by @graceassisting

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝟮.𝟬

This isn’t a photo of everyone who wanted in.
It’s a photo of 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵.

𝟯𝟬+ 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗿, 𝗻𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. We’re not chasing headcount, we’re protecting a standard.

𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.

Not printed on a wall, it’s the 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 every candidate goes through, no matter how good their numbers look on paper. We’d rather 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 than grow fast and dilute what this stands for.

If you’re in this photo, 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱. You know what it took.

If you’re not, and you’re already performing but tired of a culture that doesn’t match your standards, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲.

Let’s talk. by @graceassisting

Hawaii bound! 🌺✈️

A big congratulations to our 10 Insignians heading to Hawaii for the 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔! 🌴

This trip is earned, not given. It’s a reflection of the consistency, discipline, and hard work each of you have put in, day after day, to get here.

Here’s to celebrating the journey, soaking in the experience, and creating memories that last. You’ve built this moment. Enjoy it fully.
