What was supposed to happen September 18 became bigger than a date. The vision began to EXPAND. Doors started opening. Collaborations started forming. Resources started connecting and we realized God was not asking us to rush it; He was asking us to BUILD IT.

🧩💙 Another day of development, advocating, learning, and growing.

We’re officially back in school, and that means we’re back to doing what we do best helping, advocating, supporting, and meeting her exactly where she is.

As an mom, sending your child back to school doesn’t mean the work stops at the classroom door. We communicate with teachers, stay involved with therapies, practice at home, watch for changes, celebrate progress, and continue advocating for what our babies need to thrive.

Lekòl rekòmanse, men travay yon manman pa janm fini. Nou kontinye ede yo lakay, travay ansanm ak lekòl la, sipòte terapi yo, epi pale pou yo lè yo bezwen nou.

💙 Every therapy session is a reminder that she is BRAVE. 💙

When you see children in therapy completing obstacle courses, climbing, balancing, jumping, communicating, or accomplishing things you once thought they would never do, remember that every milestone represents hard work, consistency, and determination.

Many children with autism walk on their toes. Some have incredible balance, but physical therapy helps strengthen their bodies and teaches them skills that support their growth and development.

As a parent, I want to encourage you: Fight for your babies. Advocate for them. Pray for them. Believe in them. Search for resources and never give up. God is always good, and every small victory matters.

These messages are exactly why I keep going. ❤️

When God gave me the vision for Grace Beyond Words Foundation, it wasn’t just about raising awareness it was about becoming a resource, a safe place, and a voice for families who often feel unseen and unheard.

As a Haitian autism mom, I understand the questions, the fears, the tears, and the feeling of not knowing where to turn. Every message, every prayer request, every mother reaching out for help reminds me that this assignment is bigger than me.

These conversations fuel my passion and remind me that there are families looking for hope, guidance, resources, and understanding. If sharing my journey helps even one parent feel less alone, then every step has been worth it.

Thank you to everyone who trusts me with your stories. I may not have every answer, but I am committed to helping, connecting resources, building community, and making sure no family walks this journey alone.

💙💛 THE 3 LEVELS OF AUTISM 💛💙

Autism is not one-size-fits-all. Every child experiences the world differently, and every child deserves understanding, support, and love.

🔹 Level 1 – Needs some support but can be fairly independent.

🔹 Level 2 – Needs more support with communication, learning, and daily activities.

🔹 Level 3 – Needs substantial support in many areas of daily life.

Remember: A level does NOT determine a child’s worth, intelligence, potential, or purpose.

✨ Every child has God-given gifts.
✨ Every child deserves to be seen.
✨ Every child deserves a chance to thrive.

💙 What many people don’t see is that throughout this entire journey, I was still a wife, a mother, a minister, and an entrepreneur.

This picture represents the extra mile.

While school and therapy were doing their part, I came home and created custom worksheets, printed sight words, reading exercises, and math problems because I knew my daughter needed more. I couldn’t just hand her an iPad and hope for the best. She needed someone to sit with her, teach her, encourage her, and help her practice every day.

It wasn’t easy.

There came a point where I had to leave my full-time job and transition to remote work because my daughter needed my presence more than my paycheck.

One thing I’ve learned is that we’re taught to focus on work, school, church, and building a career. But sometimes we forget our first ministry is our home.

For me, advocating for my daughter wasn’t an interruption to my purpose it became part of my purpose.

💙 Sometimes the greatest ministry God gives us is the family He entrusted to us.

People saw a little girl having a meltdown because she couldn’t have gummies anymore.

What they didn’t see was a little girl whose routine had changed.

For her, it wasn’t about the gummies. It wasn’t about candy. It was about consistency. It was about something she expected every day suddenly being different. While we understood that gummies were no longer good for her teeth, she only understood one thing:

“Mommy changed my routine.”

The hardest part was that she couldn’t always tell me how she was feeling. She was upset, frustrated, confused, and overwhelmed, but she didn’t have the words to express it.

So we had to teach her.

We learned to listen to her silence, recognize her cues, and understand that behavior is communication. Behind every meltdown was not a “bad attitude,” but a little girl trying to tell us something she couldn’t yet put into words.

Instead of only correcting the behavior, we helped her process the change, understand the reason, and feel safe through the transition.

Today, I am more than her mother I am her safe space. A place where she can process, express herself, grow, heal, and be fully who God created her to be.

To every autism parent walking this journey: keep teaching, keep listening, and keep loving. Their voice may sound different, but it is still powerful.

💖🧩 Behavior is communication.
💖🧩 Their feelings are real, even when they can’t explain them.
💖🧩 Every child deserves a safe space to be understood.

Autism, or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is a neurological and developmental difference that affects how a person communicates, interacts with others, learns, and experiences the world around them.

💙 Autism is not a disease.
💙 Autism is not caused by bad parenting.
💙 Autism is not something to be ashamed of.

Every autistic person is unique, with their own strengths, challenges, gifts, and abilities.
