Still processing yesterday with a lot of gratitude….

This season has reminded me how important it is to have people who believe in you, before you fully believe in yourself. A huge thank you to my @nautrackfieldxc family for their constant support, and to @jarredcornfield for his guidance ~ reminding me I can always do hard things 🫶💛🪓✨

We asked 2,112 @nycmarathon runners what really happens when the marathon starts marathon-ing — aka mile 20 — aka “the wall.”

Turns out, plenty of us felt prepared. Plenty of us still hit the wall.

54% started faster than planned, 71% felt prepared but 83% still hit the wall, 22% felt they went out to fast, and 16% of runners felt they had poor training.

Your turn: What happens at your mile 20?

Only 29 shirts left.

The message: no rain, no flowers.

Only 100 made. A piece that won’t come back once it’s gone. Only a few left in each size.

Comment “LT” and I’ll personally send you a link to get yours. by @gracee_copeland
