POSTS STORIES REELS

Hey friends, I’m Stephanie. You are going to want to click that FOLLLW button even though my page doesn’t look like much yet. I have no idea what I’m doing, but I’ve felt a strong calling to share my story. A story of intense trials, sorrow, loss and joy. I’m not sure what God has planned here. But, I know through all I’ve experienced, when He calls me to step out in faith, big things happen. I really don’t think you will want to miss this. #adoption #childlossawareness #godisgoodallthetime❤️ by @gracefilledbecoming

“Our favorite part of the day isn’t the busy part. It’s this. 📖 Reading together as a family helps kids learn, helps bedtime feel calmer, and gives us a few minutes to just be close. What’s your family’s go-to bedtime book right now?” #homeschool #lovebooks #reading #family by @gracefilledbecoming

A little coffee, a little prayer, and a whole lot of patience. ☕😂🤎

Because some days we’re just trying to keep the caffeine flowing, the hormones cooperating, and our reactions Christ-like. 🙃

Here’s to giving ourselves a little grace (yes, even when we’re talking about patience 😉) and remembering we don’t have to have it all together to have a good day.

Send this to a woman who understands. 😂☕🤎

Sometimes we look at our lives and focus on everything we thought would be different by now.

The plans that changed. The prayers still unanswered. The dreams that took longer than expected.

But God has never asked us to measure our lives against someone else’s timeline. He calls us to pursue Him and have an eternal perspective in all we do.

Maybe this chapter isn’t wasted time. Maybe it’s where He’s teaching us to trust Him, shaping our character, and reminding us that our worth was never determined by how quickly we arrived.

You’re allowed to still be becoming. 🤎

“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it…” — Philippians 1:6 (KJV)

Send this to a woman who needs the reminder today. #sunday #encouragement #nature by @gracefilledbecoming

For my 40th birthday, we packed up the family and headed to the lakehouse. Board games, hiking, incredible waterfalls, fishing, and making memories with the people I love most.

Somewhere between the girl I was at 21 and the woman I am today, I’ve lived a lot of life. Motherhood, heartbreak, loss, unexpected chapters, and more grace than I could ever put into words. Through it all, God has been faithful.

As I enter this new decade, I want less rushing and more soaking it all in. More presence with my family, more memories, deeper faith, and more courage to pursue the dreams God has placed on my heart.

I want to invest in people more than things, encourage women who are finding their way through difficult seasons, build a future that blesses my family, and honor the Lord in all I do.

I don’t need a perfect life or every answer. I want a life filled with purpose, gratitude, and grace.

Forty years behind me. Prayerfully much still ahead.

Still healing. Still learning. Still dreaming. Still becoming.

By God’s grace, may the best part of this next chapter be not what I accomplish, but how I love, serve, and glorify Him.

Here’s to 40. 🤎

Today’s classroom looked a little different. 🕰️🤎
We stepped back into the 1800s for a glimpse of what life was like in an earlier time, and it was such a good reminder that some of the best lessons happen beyond the pages of a textbook.
One of my favorite things about homeschooling is getting to turn ordinary days into meaningful experiences, letting curiosity lead the way, and giving my children opportunities to see, touch, explore, and experience what they’re learning.
Because education isn’t just about what our children know when they grow up. It’s also about the memories we make, the questions we ask, and the wonder we help them hold onto along the way.
These are the kinds of homeschool days I hope they remember. 🤎
Fellow homeschool moms, where have you taken your kids that turned into an unforgettable learning experience?

Three generations. One unforgettable night. And a story that looks a little different than we might have imagined. ❤️
My mom and I both started our mothering journey young and single. Not exactly how we planned that to go. And now, here I am, getting to spend a night like this with my mom and the little girl who made me a mother at 21. 🥹
Life doesn’t always unfold in the order we expect. Sometimes motherhood begins in the middle of uncertainty, with plans changing and dreams looking different than we imagined.
But here’s what I’ve learned: the chapter where your story takes an unexpected turn doesn’t have to define the rest of it.
To the single moms, the young moms, and the women who wonder if their circumstances have somehow disqualified them from the life they hoped for…
They haven’t.
God can bring beauty from unexpected beginnings. He can redeem the hard chapters, grow us through the messy ones, and give us moments we never could have pictured when we were just trying to figure it all out.
And sometimes, redemption looks like an ordinary night out, laughing with your mom and your daughter, realizing how much beauty was still waiting to unfold. ❤️
This was one of those nights I’ll never forget.
If you’re in a chapter that looks different than you planned, keep going. Your story is still being written. 🤍

19 years later, and this is one appointment I will never skip. 🤍
Today was my yearly full-body skin check, and it’s something I’ve made a priority since I was 20 years old.
My grandmother had melanoma, and when I was pregnant at 20, I developed two severely atypical moles that required additional surgery to remove the surrounding tissue and obtain clean margins.
For years, I went for skin checks every three months. Thankfully, I eventually graduated to annual appointments, but I never take that for granted.
Now, I make it a point to call my dermatologist anytime I notice a new or changing spot between appointments. Having photos and measurements of my moles documented over time has also been incredibly helpful.
Skin checks aren’t a guarantee against skin cancer, but early detection matters, and knowing your own skin matters.
This is your reminder to schedule the appointment, keep the yearly check, and speak up when something changes. You don’t have to wait until your next scheduled visit to get something checked.
19 years of making this a priority, and I’m not stopping now. 🤍
Have you scheduled your yearly skin check?

😂 I asked my husband for ONE small thing… and somehow we’ve gone from a wheelbarrow to a full construction project. 🪵🔨
I just wanted a little help with the wood pile. He heard, “Let’s design and build a whole woodshed.” 😂
When you’re married to a man who builds things for a living, apparently there’s no such thing as a small project!
So… follow along, because at this point, I guess we’re building a woodshed. 🤣🏡
Tell me I’m not the only one whose husband turns a simple request into a full-blown project! 👇

We woke up to a chilly house this morning, and the girls came downstairs asking for a fire. 🍂
I told them if they gathered the wood from outside, I’d get it started.
A little teamwork later, the house was warming up, the dog claimed her spot by the stove, and we settled in for one of our FAVORITE parts of homeschooling…
Lessons by the cozy fire. 🤎
It’s these little things I love most about this season of life. Learning together, working together, and making our home a place where we’re happy to spend our days.
Homeschooling isn’t always cozy, but on mornings like this, I’m reminded just how grateful I am for it.
Tell me, homeschool moms… do you have a favorite spot in your home for lessons?

A little Sunday reminder for the heart that has been trying to figure everything out. 🍂
You don’t need to know how every detail will work out. You don’t need to have the next five steps figured out.
Sometimes faith looks like taking the next step, trusting God’s plans are far beyond what we can acheive alone, and leaving it in His hands.
“He shall direct thy paths.” — Proverbs 3:6 (KJV)
May this week be a reminder that you can move forward without having all the answers. 🤎
Save this for a day when you need the reminder, and follow @gracefilledbecoming for encouragement as we keep growing through every season. #encouragement #motherhood #bibleverse #faith #sunday by @gracefilledbecoming
