Still looking for the right person to join the Graceful Luxe Design team!

My assistant recently welcomed her sweet baby, so I’m looking for someone dependable to assist me on wedding days. Most of the time, I need help specifically with setup before the wedding rather than someone who stays for the entire event. This may include setting tables, placing decor, preparing ceremony and reception spaces, and helping make sure everything is ready before guests arrive.

Our weddings take place all over Arkansas, so weekend availability, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel are important. I’m looking for someone who is organized, efficient, detail-oriented, comfortable taking direction, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

Wedding or event experience is helpful, but reliability and a willingness to learn matter most. For the right person, there may also be an opportunity to grow into an associate coordinator role and eventually lead weddings when I’m already booked.

Planning an outdoor wedding in Arkansas? Save this one. 🤍

Rain isn’t the only thing you need to plan around. Heat, wind, bugs, lighting, sound, and even the décor you choose can affect the day.

The best thing you can do is create a backup plan you genuinely like, then make sure someone other than you is responsible for putting it into action. That’s where having a coordinator makes such a difference! You get to enjoy your wedding while someone else watches the weather, communicates with vendors, and handles any changes.

Some weddings are beautiful. Some weddings are unforgettable. This one was both.

Trinity & Jeremy’s celebration flowed from morning vows and brunch, to an afternoon on the lake, and into an evening reception with dinner, dancing, and so much fun.

Trinity & Jeremy 6.6.26 🤍

What a day this was. From a beautiful morning ceremony to a brunch reception with every detail perfectly thought out, this day was so special from start to finish.

After brunch, the couple and all their favorite people spent the day out on the lake soaking up every moment together. Then everyone headed back to the venue for dinner, drinks, dancing, and the best way to end such a fun day celebrating the Garretts.
