“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
John‬ ‭16‬:‭33‬ ‭

Jesus humbly came down to earth and lived as a servant, dying as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. We rejoice today because the Lord has raised Him from the dead, defeating the world. Now He lives inside of us as the Holy Spirit!
Oh how He LOVES us!!
Happy Easter! 🤍💐✝️

Today, our SR1 CPSA Vanguards stepped into the world of ballet at Ballet Mississippi! 🩰✨

Our scholars had the special opportunity to watch the lead dancer from Ballet Mississippi’s The Nutcracker perform up close, hear the story of The Nutcracker, explore costumes, and learn about the many people who work together to bring a performance to life.

They saw firsthand how movement, music, storytelling, design, teamwork, and creativity come together — and how ballet, as a performing art, connects with STEM.

A huge thank you to Ballet Mississippi for welcoming our Vanguards and creating such a meaningful learning experience. 💙 by @gracefully.grace22

one word to describe this summer: love
I have so much love for this summer @louballetschool the classes, dancers, teachers, musicians, RA’s… and chefs :) (thanks kermit!)
I have felt so much love back from these people as well.
The teachers have shown so much love by pouring into me through their classes, and truly wanting everyone in our class to grow their technique and love for dance.
The dancers showed me so much love through their hugs and support. (miss yall already 🥹)
I have also felt the overwhelming love of God while being here. Seeing different people from different places that can connect because of faith is so encouraging. All glory to Christ for this experience. I pray I shared His love well. 💛 taken in Louisville Ballet by @gracefully.grace22

“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭23‬:‭4‬-‭6‬ ‭ESV‬

“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” ~ Galatians‬ ‭2‬:‭20‬ ‭ESV‬

Thank you, Jesus, for new life through your death and resurrection.

Happy Easter!! ✝️🤍☀️
