Chapter 8 of 12 in 2026……. Spent time with @nightlight513 to see The Housemaid and listened to the audiobook. Overall, the original book stands out as the better experience. Maintained a consistent routine of outdoor walks throughout the month.Celebrated a wonderful one-year anniversary with my partner, as well as Daisy’s birthday.Attended a preseason game and bid farewell to a close colleague moving on to an exciting new career opportunity.Spent time with @nightlight513 to see The Housemaid and listened to the audiobook. I appreciate the annual observance of Mental Health Awareness Week, although I wish it could be longer. Nonetheless, I’m deeply grateful for the friends who supported me during my journey towards realizing the importance of mental health. I’m thankful for their presence in my life. Dealing with mental health issues has been challenging for me over the past few years, but focusing on one day at a time has been helpful. Extra thanks for @cincyrunclub for the support by @gracehuff20_
