30 classes later… and I finally see what consistency can do 🤍
not perfection, just showing up for myself every time.

My sister’s first time in Tampa!! 🥹🌴🤍 Obviously had to squeeze as many of my favorite spots as possible into 3 days! From brunch and shopping to beach days and amazing food, we had the BEST weekend. And somehow, there’s still so much more I want to show her!! Already can’t wait for her next visit 🫶🏼

Last week at @caloreclub 🧘🏼‍♀️✨ Another week of Mat 360 in the books!! Had SO much fun in the studio last week, and I’m already looking forward to this week’s classes! There’s seriously no better feeling than finding a workout you genuinely look forward to 🥹💗

It’s officially cute grip sock season 🍂🤎🎃

The @pila.barre FALL COLLECTION just dropped today and these might be my favorite designs yet!! Because obviously your Pilates socks need a fall wardrobe too 🤭🤎

Everything is linked in my ShopMy! 🛍️✨

gifted by Bio Ionic 💚 A little hair secret I’ve learned over the years: the tool you use matters just as much as your technique!! I’ve loved @bioionic for years, and their new limited-edition Jade Dream Long Barrel might be my favorite yet 🥹✨

The longer barrel makes styling my long hair so much easier, and I LOVE how smooth, shiny, and defined my curls turn out! Plus, the jade color is seriously gorgeous. 🎀

You can find it at Ulta Beauty! 🤍

I love being a woman 🤎🎀 There’s just something about cozy pajamas, a little skincare, reading my Bible, and ending the day with some peace and quiet. These are the little moments I look forward to most 🧸✨

My office/guest room finally feels complete 🤍 This gingham daybed from @wayfair is the perfect mix of cozy + functional, and the trundle makes hosting so much easier without taking over the whole room. The soft fabric and vintage feel are exactly what I wanted ✨

I linked the daybed in my ShopMy if you want to check it out 🤍
