NE Ohio documentary photographer 🏳️‍🌈
your friendly neighborhood hype-woman

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

meet the photographer > I’m Grace! Cleveland transplant from Pittsburgh. Described by others as warm, grounded, a little bit goofy, genuine.

Some things about me:
-Being outside makes me feel the most like myself
-I enjoy a physical challenge (bike, hike, run)
-Mostly right-brained but still analytical
-I have a degree in painting and strive to have a regular art practice
-Equally introverted/extroverted, I love connecting with myself and people
-I participate in local business as much as possible
-Retro stuff makes my heart sing (animation, clothes, music, art)
-I’ve had a zillion jobs, from garbage lady to coffee shop manager to salon receptionist
-Big family man - I have cool parents, two amazing sisters and two nieces

I call myself a documentary photographer because that’s what brings me joy: documenting life in a beautiful, relatable way. To be a loving witness to the full spectrum of life.

Here are the things I photograph in no particular order:

Newborns (in-home session are my fave)
Maternity (ditto)
Events
Weddings and Elopements
Small Business Operations/Owners
Products
Food and bev
Actors
Dancers

pride on 50mm 🌈

I didn't plan to shoot the parade but got off the rapid and couldn't resist the energy and JOY. it simply had to be captured!!! such a wonderful, affirming, big, beautiful, colorful day 🥹 I think this was the biggest turnout I've seen in Cleveland so far, even with the prediction of high winds and thunderstorms 💙 there was a baby rain but the sun was out right after :)

I have so many more shots and will be posting soon on my pixieset!
