Personal update: This month marks TWO YEARS of me not knowing how much I weigh. Two years of me not stepping a foot on the scale to see what the number is. It hasn’t always been easy, but I am proud of how far I’ve come. This body lets me mountain bike, play hockey, enjoy a beer, hug my people anddd still lets me run after years of competition. Here’s to being strong and healthy in a culture of “smaller is better” 🤘🏻🍻

Thanks y’all! And PS. Sharing this for anyone that could be struggling too-fuck the scale! by @gracelach

I can’t take a serious photo but here’s to things I’m learning:
-fall in the Rockies is fun
-enjoy slow runs
-there are two sides to every story, listen
-honesty is key
-working in yourself is so hard, but worth it
-Hideaway is getting new hats, stay tuned ✨🤘🏻
Cheers y’all. by @gracelach
