Nolan Wells & Women’s Rights WALKOUT was a success! Thank you to our community speakers @empact_org and @official_stevanteclark ! Speaking from the Sac State student’s perspective, we loved hearing from you both.

I had the pleasure of paying the remaining balance of @gracelongmire college tuition! 🎓💕 This young lady is our District 8 Youth Commissioner, and she’s already using her voice to make a difference. ✊🏽

We met at the District 8 awards ceremony hosted by Councilmember @cmmaivang Her mom later reached out to me on social media asking if I could help cover her remaining tuition balance, and I did exactly that! Being able to invest in a young woman’s education and future is a blessing. 🙏🏽

Shout-out to Councilmember Mai Vang for bringing us together had I not attended that ceremony, I may never have met Grace!

I truly believe this young lady could be President of the United States one day! 🇺🇸 We need more people who look like us in positions to lead, make decisions, and create change. That starts with supporting the next generation right now.

Grace, keep dreaming BIG. Your community is behind you, and I’m proud to be part of your journey! 💕👑 #sacramento #vote #maivang #promisebmae #ourchildrenareourfuture by @gracelongmire

Team #HeartandHustle traded City Hall for poolside this evening! 🌊☀️

We had a great time connecting with colleagues from across the City at tonight’s mixer at Pannell Pool — because some of the best collaboration happens when we get out of the office and into our community spaces.

A big shoutout to our Community Engagement Team, Office of Innovative Economic Development, and Youth, Parks & Community Enrichment for bringing everyone together and for the work you do every day to serve Sacramento and #District8

What an amazing relaunch to Mai Vang’s fight for Congress!! I’m so happy to be volunteering with such a great representative and I’m more than happy to keep fighting for an official that advocates for the people they serve. Thank You Mai Vang!! #ourtime #maitime #letsgetit @maiforus by @gracelongmire

It was so fun having boots back on the ground. I always get nervous after not canvassing for a while so let’s see how it goes!! 😁
