This season, let’s unite at the polls 🗳️ Yoga is often translated as “union” and yet, there’s so many instances of spiritual bypassing amongst “us”. Things like: “I dont do politics” “Love and light” “Keep it neutral” Aren’t the flex that you think they are… ✨ Breath is political. ✨ Access to resources ESPECIALLY health and wellness is political. ✨ Yoga (and spirituality) is political. Here at Moon Wolf, we choose to use our tools and skills to empower our community to use their voices and VOTE And as a lil thank you for showing up, we are offering a lil discount: MEMBERS: receive an extra 5% off your massage services. Yep, that’s a total of 25% with your perks 🎉 NON-MEMBERS: receive 10% off ANY massage service OR half priced drop in class Just bring proof of you voting (sticker or photo) between 10/15 and 11/3 and we will hook you up Offer is only valid ONCE - massages must be booked during the dates above but can be received at any time this year Also…voting automatically makes you WAY hotter 🔥 by @gracemillsapmagic

Sevilla!!! With just 36 (ish) hours here, we most certainly made the most of it! Tapas Tours Peacocks And OMG the Alcazar 🫠 Most definitely could spend more time here!! For me, Sevilla feels like one of those “soul places”… Like I’ve been here before, like I lived a whole ass life here, and there’s something so familiar and comforting about returning! Anyone else ever had that experience in a “new” place?! ✨🌀🪄 Spain | travel | gratitude | Europe | wander | traveler by @gracemillsapmagic
So… you graduated YTT Now what?! Real talk: a lot of what I do today, I had to figure out on my own. I pieced it together from years of workshops, thousands of hours of teaching, a few overpriced mentorships that left me unsatisfied, and A LOT of mistakes. 🙃 You don’t have to do it that way. My Teacher Mentorship is 15 hours with me, shaped around what YOU need: ✨ I can take up to 5 of your classes and give written feedback ✨ 10+ hours of 1:1 time, in person or virtual ✨ A resource folder for the business side of teaching, building flexible classes, and showing tf up when life gets weird ✨ CEUs through Yoga Alliance, or credit toward Elemental Moon’s 300-hour YTT It’s for new-ish teachers, teachers coming back from a hiatus, and anyone who’s lost a little spark. Tiered pricing ($303 / $404 / $444), and yes, trade and barter is still on the table: bodywork, art, photos, food from your garden or kitchen… let’s chat. Link in bio, or DM me with questions. 📸 : @alybarnettphoto by @gracemillsapmagic
Warning ‼️ My creative process is NOT for everyone and for some folks my process may completely send you out of orbit And for ME, I prioritize lots of space for: Dancing Singing Swirlin’ Upbeat music that makes me wanna move Construction paper + markers (and sometimes stickers) Sure, I could work on my efficiency BUT where’s the whimsy, fun and magic?! 🪄 This time, I was fortunate to have free range of my brother’s house (where historically speaking, I’ve gotten some of my best work done) but tbh when I’m home it looks about the same just less square footage (and more squirrels) And obviously there were pieces left out in this 40 second recap (and i did actually get the work done 🎉) and I promise it was more dilly-dally than sitting So I’m curious 🧐 what does your creative process look like? by @gracemillsapmagic
Equal parts: procrastination, yapping, probably should have showered first, and caffeine But also, im super grateful to be able to drink regular coffee again ☕️ About 10 days ago, I was super sick and ended up in the ER googling “how long post surgery can i get on a plane?” 😅 LUCKILY that didn’t happen AND it did force me to slow way tf down (and quit coffee for about a week) Usually the week before travel is go-go-GO time but the Universe said “whoa now, not so fast” and per usual I was humbled BUT I did actually listen. Moving into a season of surrender, and not like a loss or defeat. More like a softening that leads to more spaciousness and freedom ✨ Anyways, thanks for listening and may this be your sign to SLOW TF DOWN before the Universe gets LOUD with you ❤️‍🔥 Too long, didnt watch: tell me you are neuro-spicy without telling me by @gracemillsapmagic
this is what Vata season feels like. 🍂🌀 Spinning, swirling, hair everywhere… fun for about 30 seconds, and then you kinda want to sit down. Fall is Vata season in Ayurveda. It’s the time of year ruled by air and ether. It’s windy, dry, quick-moving, a little unpredictable. (Sound like anyone’s brain lately?!) When Vata’s running the show, a lot of us respond by doing MORE. More plans, more caffeine, more sweaty classes to “burn it off.” But one of Ayurveda’s basic principles is that like increases like. If the season is already moving fast, adding more speed rarely settles us. Warmth, steadiness, and actual rest tend to. Enter: Yoga Nidra. It’s a guided practice done lying down. You get cozy with all the props, and I guide you through breath and body awareness while you rest in the space between awake and asleep. No poses. No flexibility required. Dozing off is allowed (it happens to the best of us, and I won’t tell). Invite in some steadiness this Vata season and join me for Yoga Nidra Mondays at 5:30pm at Moon Wolf. (The magical @theyogiwobble will be subbing for me most of November, but dont worry I’ll be back) Or comment NIDRA and I’ll send you a link to a recording for at home practice (protip: don’t lay down in your bed 😴) Link in bio to register. by @gracemillsapmagic
Before you hop on a plane with me, you should probably know who you’re getting into a tuk-tuk with. With FOUR retreats on the calendar (hi Spain, Costa Rica, Thailand, and Peru!), there are a lot of new faces around here. So let’s do a proper hello. I’m Grace (she/they), based in Charlotte, NC (Catawba and Sugaree land). I’ve been teaching yoga since 2013 and have taught over 6,000 hours from NC to Bali. I’m also a licensed massage therapist with a soft spot for Ayurveda and craniosacral work. I’m a white, non-disabled, cis-female, born in the U.S. to a middle-class family. Those privileges have opened a lot of doors for me (travel very much included). I name that because it shapes how I lead, and who I want to make room for. So… what’s it actually like to travel with me? ✨ Equal parts adventure and rest. Every excursion is an invitation, not a requirement. Nap by the pool instead? Valid. ✨ Yoga for real bodies: lots of styles, lots of options, and props for everyone ✨ Deep reverence for the lands we visit and the people who’ve cared for them Off the mat, you’ll find me with my nose in a book, researching random animal facts, or plotting my next taco meal (international edition!). Come solo, bring your bestie, or bring your whole crew. There’s room in the circle for you. Where we’re headed: 🌞 Here Comes the Sun · Southern Spain · Nov 8–14, 2026 (yep, you could still join us!) ☀️ Summer Camp · Uvita, Costa Rica · Feb 6–13, 2027 🌴 Untethered · Phuket, Thailand · Dec 2–9, 2027 (+ optional Chiang Mai add-on, Nov 28–Dec 2) ❤️ Journey to the Heart · Sacred Valley, Peru · Mar 25–31, 2028 Details and registration are at the link in my bio, or DM me with any questions. Pro tip: if you are dramatic, the workout counts double Malaga, Spain 2020 Beach dogs are my forever inspiration for play and presence Uvita, Costa Rica 2025 Sun, cliffs, and the most perfect water there ever was ☀️ Krabi, Thailand 2025 Is it a llama or an alpaca?! Im still not quite sure but I wanna hug them all Sacred Valley, Peru 2024 by @gracemillsapmagic
