Last December, my youngest daughter brought me her baby from Virginia Tech to watch, and everything changed. ❤️

Chekhov has been such a blessing in my life. He loves our long walks together, keeps me company everywhere I go, and somehow manages to convince me he’s hungry all day long! 😂 My parents jokingly call him my “boyfriend.”

To all the pet parents out there—cherish every moment with your fur babies. Their time with us is never long enough, but their love is truly unconditional. 🐾❤️

Sometimes we get so caught up chasing goals, meeting client demands, attending work events, taking care of family, cleaning the house, and checking off endless to-do lists… that we forget about ourselves.

Lately, I’ve noticed the stress in so many people around me — coworkers, friends, even strangers. Everyone carries a story. And truthfully, we can all relate.

This is why I’ve decided to prioritize my health, peace, and balance. 💙
Because at the end of the day, we can always make more money and buy more things… but God only gave us ONE body.

Take the time to step away.
Meditate. 🧘‍♀️
Breathe deeply.
Go outside and feel the sun on your skin.
Get your vitamin D.
Move your body.
Protect your peace.

Use your days off to truly unwind, not just catch up on responsibilities. Loving ourselves is not selfish — it’s necessary.
