It’s happening, we’re at Whole Foods!!! JUMO is rolling out to all @wholefoods across Southern California, Washington, Nevada, and New Jersey by the end of December. Swipe to find exactly where you can grab our 4-packs of Cucumber-Asian Pear-Perilla Leaf & Mango-Yuja-Citrus Mint, and tag us when you spot us on the shelf! 💚💛

After three years of pushing soju and sharing culture through our cocktails, this milestone means everything. We’re incredibly grateful for this opportunity to not only introduce more people to JUMO, but to take soju even further in America.

Truly appreciate all the support, thank you! 🥹✨ by @gracepapaya

Introducing JUMO.

Excited and nervous to announce something Ji and I have been working on for the past 15 months. JUMO is a canned sparkling soju cocktail using premium soju and ingredients rooted in Korean culture. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do and that you join us on this journey. Please follow @drinkjumo and share. 🤗

The process started with us wanting to create a product that would be Korean-influenced. A product we could proudly share with the world. As we started formulating, designing and thinking about the brand identity, we realized how much we wanted JUMO to be about our Korean upbringing – even if that steers people away from trying it. Growing up second-generation Korean American, I wanted to be as un-Korean as possible so that I could fit in. As we started building the brand, those anxious feelings started resurfacing. “Is it ok to be this Korean? Are people going to accept this? Are people going to accept me?” As I continue to work on overcoming my insecurity, I want to use JUMO to proudly share being Korean. In starting JUMO, I was also reminded of the traditions my parents wanted so badly for us to participate in growing up. At the time, I didn’t get the importance of their efforts to make us understand our roots. Now, having Zion, I’m finding myself wanting to share those same traditions with him – to be proud of it.

JUMO is truly a labor of love. To those who have helped us get here, offering your expertise, skills, connections, we are forever grateful. We will continue to need all the support we can get. ❤️ by @gracepapaya
