🎂 Can’t believe it’s already my bday again

Every year, I sow different seeds (gathered from lessons & setbacks) in hopes to bear different & more fruit.

On this day, I pause & admire the harvest. Tho there’s areas needed of refinement, overall It’s plentiful & abound. Mostly due to those around me.

And for that, I’m grateful ❤️

🥂 Cheers to another year

🔥 SOLD - These clients bought & sold 3 homes with me in 3 years

🫱🏼‍🫲🏻 They trust me & I take good care of them

💰 They acquired a lot in equity, I negotiated favorable terms for them & now they get to move closer to family purchasing a home up north with a significant down payment

🎰 WIN, WIN, WIN for them

❤️ JUST SOLD home with elevator!!
Buyers were referred by previous classmate

🥳 We had few hurdles during process: FHA spot approval amongst others but my team & I made it happen! AND was able to get buyers a low interest rate

🏡 Congratulations homeowners 🔑

❤️ JUST SOLD, referred by friend

💸 Seller thought she could sell her home for $700,000
I got her multiple offers & sold home for $730,000
More than what neighbors sold for

✈️ She was also out of the country traveling so I handled the final cleaning & moving so she would not be stressed!

She is so happy, which makes Gracie happy
