POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Evening of Dance 2026 — I wish I could live in these moments forever, surrounded by my people. I wish the process never had to end, and that this show could stay alive in my heart for the rest of my life.
This experience has opened my eyes to so much, about life, about connection, about what truly matters. Through deep conversations about wishes, nature, community, and the things I hold closest, I’ve grown not only as a dancer, but as a person.
I leave this show changed once again. I will miss it deeply, the dances, the memories, the energy we created together. Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey. I love this program with all my heart.
There truly are no words that can fully capture what this meant.
Love you Fih🐟🌲📺

this is a true story

My self-choreographed solo, “this is a true story”, has officially come to an end.

This piece has healed me in more ways than I can count. The last slide is me creating it for the first time in my basement October 2025. So, it has grown alongside me, evolving as I did. Reworking it in Italy was something I never imagined would be possible, and that experience allowed me to discover a new side of what my art is capable of.

While I’m sad to say goodbye to this chapter, I know this piece will continue to live on in the lessons it taught me and the artist it helped me become.

Thank you to everyone who supported this journey. Here’s to carrying this story forward and embracing whatever comes next. taken in Arezzo, Italy by @gracetaylor__dance

Come take a peek into the incredible summer program 3 of our students are experiencing as we speak!!!! “Accademia Dell’ Arte is a physical theatre and dance intensive in Arezzo Italy. During the three and a half weeks you are enriched in Italian culture and different styles of expressive movement. The faculty and community environment is beyond amazing! I feel supported in my art and have learned so much so far.“ -Gracie Dowd, TAD dance major, ‘27! taken in Accademia dell'Arte by @gracetaylor__dance

This is one for the books❤️‍🩹

I will forever cherish this ACDA, the community, education, vibrancy, and experience is just some of the words I can use to describe this weekend.
Being able to represent my college in the Encore Concert for the first time in 12 years means so much to me, I am still so in shock!

My solo “this is a true story” healed me in ways I’m so thankful for. The power on anonymity, the vulnerability one feels to show their struggles and their true story. It is one that I am still working on. This solo is a true story, one that is still being written, and one I think will never have an ending, it remains as it is forever.
I’m sad it has ended but forever grateful I got to tell some of my story. 🤍 taken in Palace Theater Greensburg, Pennsyvlania by @gracetaylor__dance
