This week’s dump feels bigger than just this week šŸ¤

It feels like closing the chapter on a year that tested me in ways I didn’t expect.

At the start of 2025, I walked away from comfort because I knew deep down I wasn’t happy. I chose uncertainty. I chose growth. And for a while, that choice felt heavy.

There were months where the stress, the finances, the pressure to ā€œmake it workā€ and the fear of not doing enough for the people I love sat on my chest every single day.

I questioned myself constantly. I overworked.
I doubted whether I was doing the right thing.

But somewhere along the way, I reminded myself that feeling uncomfortable doesn’t mean you’re failing sometimes it means you’re finally being honest with yourself.

This year taught me that happiness isn’t found in forcing something to work, but in allowing yourself to pivot when your heart is asking you to.

Ending this year back doing what I love, surrounded by people who genuinely support me, helping clients every day, and feeling financially and emotionally lighter feels surreal.

Christmas was once a worry that kept me up at night.
Now there are presents under the tree, gratitude in my heart, and a sense of peace I haven’t felt in a long time.

And just when I thought the year couldn’t surprise me anymore… it did šŸ¤šŸ’

If 2025 taught me anything, it’s that the hardest seasons often lead you exactly where you’re meant to be even when you can’t see it yet.

Here’s to choosing yourself. Here’s to growth. And here’s to ending the year softer, happier, and hopeful šŸŽ„āœØ

Im not ā€œoutingā€ myself for sympathy, I’m doing it for context. šŸ¤

Every slide here was a phase I genuinely believed was the answer:

• 1200 kcals because ā€œlighter is betterā€
• Cardio on repeat because sweat = progress
• Fear of carbs because control felt safe
• A first bulk with no understanding
• 7-day training or nothing at all

None of this came from laziness. It came from trying to do the right thing without the right guidance.

The truth?

If I’d had proper help earlier… If I’d taken time to learn rather than copy trends… If I’d validated my choices instead of chasing extremes…

So much of this could’ve been skipped.

And that’s the bit I want you to hear šŸ‘‡

You don’t need to hit rock bottom to ā€œearnā€ balance.
You don’t need to burn out to deserve results.
You don’t need to suffer to make progress.

Education > restriction.
Consistency > extremes.
Support > doing it alone.

If any of these slides felt familiar, this isn’t a call-out it’s a reminder: You’re not failing… you might just be following outdated advice.

And if you’re ready to do things properly this time, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. ✨

Everyone screams from the rooftops, ā€œI’m in a calorie deficit!ā€ šŸ“‰ ā€œI’m eating 1,300 calories a day!ā€ ā€œI’m so strict with my calories!ā€

But what they don’t tell you…is what those calories are actually made of. šŸ¤”

You can hit your calories every day and still feel stuck, still bloated, still tired, still not seeing change,
because calories alone don’t shape your body... Macros do. šŸ—šŸ„‘šŸž

āš–ļø The balance between protein, carbs, and fats decides how your body uses energy, builds muscle, stores fat, and recovers.

Too many carbs and not enough protein? You might lose weight but not shape.

Too much protein and not enough carbs or fats? Your body can still store the excess as fat.

You don’t need to eat less. You need to eat better.

When you learn how to fuel your body, not just feed it, that’s when everything changes. šŸ”„

🩵 CALORIE-based = chasing numbers
🩶 PROTEIN-based = chasing one macro
šŸ’› FUEL-based = chasing balance

šŸŽ GIVEAWAY TIME now live until 30th November!

If you’ve ever struggled to understand macronutrients or how to actually fuel your body this one’s for you. 🫶

āœ… To enter:

Simply head to the link in my bio and fill in your details..that’s it!

Winners will be announced 1st December.

Let’s make this the season you stop chasing calories and start learning how to fuel your body rightšŸ’«

Training harder or being leaner doesn’t always mean healthier šŸ§ šŸ’›

Many women feel like if they just push harder in the gym, eat perfectly, or lose a few pounds, everything will ā€œlook right.ā€ But the truth is:

Extreme leanness can cause irregular periods 🩸

Overtraining without recovery leads to hormonal imbalance and fatigue ⚔

Your body responds to stress, sleep, nutrition, and hormones, not just calories or workouts

What works for someone else might not work for you. Genetics, height, weight, lifestyle, and even fat distribution all play a role, someone else’s ā€œskinnyā€ journey may not be yours, and that’s okay šŸ’›

Strength, energy, and understanding your body matter far more than aesthetics šŸ’ŖāœØ - Yes, building strength may sometimes mean carrying more weight on the scale but that’s a sign your body is healthy, adapting, and thriving ā¤ļø

Social media often promotes the idea that skinny = better. It doesn’t. Learning how your body works, respecting its cycles, and training smarter is what

At some point, ā€œbeing healthyā€ can quietly turn into something that feels heavy.

The journey starts to feel more draining than empowering.

You stop socialising.
You skip celebrations.
Certain foods feel off-limits.
Your cycle becomes irregular or disappears altogether.

And it’s all justified by one thing: results.

But your body doesn’t thrive under constant restriction.

Fat loss, strength, confidence, energy none of it comes from neglecting your health to chase an outcome 🚫

Real health is balance.
It’s progress and presence.
Results and regular meals.
Training and rest.
Discipline and enjoying your life šŸ’āœØ

If your ā€œhealthy lifestyleā€ is costing you your happiness, your hormones, or your relationships it’s worth pausing and reassessing šŸ¤

Because true health isn’t about how much you can sacrifice…

it’s about what you can sustain 🫶

Fat loss isn’t getting harder because you’re ā€œbad at itā€šŸ¤”

it’s getting harder because your body has spent years adapting to too little food.

every time calories are pushed too low, your body learns how to survive on less.

lower energy output, slower progress, more frustration.

this is why sustainable fat loss looks boring to most people:

• eating enough
• building muscle
• being patient
• not panicking when progress isn’t instant

your body isn’t broken.

it’s just been under-fuelled for too long!

fuel first. trust the processā¤ļø

i love this trend because it shows something i see every single day šŸ’

progress isn’t just about the plan… it’s about the mindset you bring to the plan.

that doesn’t mean motivation never dips or that life doesn’t get messy (because it does).

but without the willingness to keep going to adjust after a ā€œbadā€ meal šŸ½ļø, to train even when you don’t feel strong yet šŸ‹ļøā€ā™€ļø, to show up during busy weeks šŸ—“ļø
and to act before motivation arrives ⚔

that’s when people fall off easily.

results come from people who are open to learning, adjusting, and repeating not from people who wait to feel perfect, ready, or motivated.

mindset isn’t about being disciplined 24/7. it’s about choosing to continue, even when it wobbles.

✨ consistency beats motivation, every time.

✨ a letter to me, this time next year ✨

as 2025 comes to a close, everywhere you look there are mood boards, fitness goals, nutrition plans, holiday destinations, financial targets… it can feel so overwhelming, even for people like me.

instead of chasing all the ā€œbigā€ goals, i wrote a letter to my future self, the things i hope i carry into 2026. the small mentality shifts that take time, but once they land, make everything else possible… and maintainable.

These aren’t flashy wins, and they won’t look good on a mood board but they are the ones that matter most. the ones that will make 2026 a year of real growth, calm, and freedom.

here’s to closing the door on 2025, carrying its lessons, and stepping into 2026 with patience, trust, and big intentions šŸ¤āœØ

2025 wrapped šŸ¤

this year nearly broke me and somehow, it rebuilt me.

i healed parts of my relationship with food i once thought never would. i left the safety of a full-time pt job, rescued two dogs, and stepped into fully online coaching believing freedom would fix everything.

it didn’t.

working from home turned from a dream into burnout. i gave everything to social media and felt like nothing came back. financial anxiety followed me daily. my body felt stronger, yet my confidence wavered. i learned the hard way that freedom without boundaries becomes overwhelming.

there were health scares, hospital waits, injuries, and moments that forced me to slow down when i didn’t want to. but there were also milestones running for the first time in 5 years, real client progress, consistency i’d never had before, and choosing joy even in hard seasons.

somewhere along the way, something shifted.

i went back to 1-1 pt, rebuilt confidence, found support again, and remembered why i fell in love with coaching. December closed the year with new clients, brand work, a peaceful christmas and getting engaged to the man who made everything feel 10x more achievablešŸ¤šŸ’

2025 was the hardest year of my life.
but i’m ending it calmer, stronger, and more grounded than when it began.

if this has been your hard year too keep going. šŸ«¶šŸ¼

✨ healing isn’t aesthetic
✨ growth isn’t loud
✨ but it’s always worth it

Most of the ā€œweightā€ people gain over Christmas isn’t fat šŸŽ„

it’s water weight.

To actually gain body fat, you’d need thousands of calories consistently over maintenance, not just a few festive meals. A handful of days doesn’t undo months of showing up šŸ’Ŗ

The only way people really lose progress over Christmas isn’t the food it’s what happens after.

āŒ restricting
āŒ punishing workouts
āŒ skipping meals
āŒ ā€œstarting again mondayā€

That cycle causes more damage than Christmas ever could.

What to do instead ✨
āœ”ļø return to normal eating
āœ”ļø hydrate
āœ”ļø get back to training when you can
āœ”ļø give your body a few days to settle

No detox. No guilt. No earning food.

You’re allowed to enjoy your life and have goals šŸ¤
