Little dog on the lookout for wildlife on the Wawona Meadow Loop Trail in Yosemite National Park.
If you are hunting for dog-friendly trails in Yosemite, the Wawona Meadow Loop trail is the ultimate spot. It is an easy, beautiful 3.5-mile loop where leashed pups can actually join the adventure. No bears spotted yet but lots of squirrels! 🐻 🐾 #DogFriendlyTrails #HikingWithDogs #DogsOfInstagram #CaliforniaHikes #DogFriendlytravel

What kind of wildlife do you try to spot hiking? 👇 by @graciethetoydoodle

Gracie is officially a waterfall fan! We are continuing our summer road trip by exploring the best dog friendly trails in Yosemite National Park. This is the Lower Yosemite Falls hike—an easy, 1-mile paved loop that lets your pup get up close to the misty views.
Drop a 💙 if Gracie just made your feed a little brighter!

The ultimate dog friendly view in Yosemite National Park. ⛰️🐾
Taking Gracie to see the iconic Yosemite Tunnel View was an absolute highlight of our summer road trip! From this one spot, you can see El Capitan, Half Dome, and Bridalveil Fall all at once. Since it is a paved overlook right off the parking lot, it is 100% dog friendly! 🚙✨

Gracie was clearly loving the mountain views (and being carried like a queen). 👑
Have you ever seen a view that took your breath away? Let me know where in the comments!

Current survival strategy: stand on the bear box and try not to look delicious! Camping in Yosemite Bear Country. 🐶🐻😳 #DogFriendlyYosemite #campingwithdogs #adventurepup #dogtravel #travelingwithdogs by @graciethetoydoodle

Camping where the pine cones are literally bigger than your dog. 🥹🏕️🐶🌲
Did you know that the sugar pine tree produces the longest pine cones on Earth? We found many in our Yellowstone Lower Valley campground. Gracie stands at 14 inches, and this giant conifer cone easily beats her height. 🐾🏔️

Drop a 😳 if you’ve never seen a pine cone this massive before!

POV: Your miniature doodle discovers the largest trees on Earth. 🚙
On our Yosemite National Park dog friendly lower falls hike surrounded by the ancient Sequoia trees and giant Sugar Pines. This makes this summer road trip feel absolutely magical. She’s officially a forest pup now! 🥰🌲

Drop a 🐻 if you love the California mountains as much as we do!

Can you see me?🐕

I think the sequoia ate Gracie. But she loved playing on the giant tree 🐕🌳🪾 by @graciethetoydoodle

The most unique dog-friendly travel view we’ve ever found! 🌊.🐶🦭❤️ . We took a road trip with Gracie to the coast and stumbled upon this incredible spot at the Piedras Blancas Rookery. She loved just sitting on the fence watching the wild elephant seals sunbathe on the beach. If you are looking for amazing dog-friendly places to explore, add this coastal highway one view to your bucket list.
