Last month I felt like nothing I did was enough. No amount of donating or protesting seemed to make a dent in the lives of Gazans. And in America, protesting falls on deaf ears. So I decided to do something different.
I had several women come together to help make 100 replica baby shrouds. And I lined them up on waterfront park in Oregon all day. I also had signs with QR codes to donate to @pal.humanity
The goal? To raise money for Pal Humanity. Plain and simple.
The outcome: we raised $10,000 and more people want to do this installation!
So Do Something is headed to NYC. With the help of my amazing sister Grace leading an NYC Do Something Install!! This is all for @pal.humanity let’s raise even more this time! DM me or @grackcity to get involved!!
How can you help?
1 - Donate to Pal Humanity
2- Make replica shrouds and we will pick them up (NYC only)
3- share this with NYC reporters or introduce me!
