If you know me, you know this is what i live and breathe for. having to end my showing career is something i’ve tried not to think about for a little while now, and now it’s real unfortunately. i try my hardest to show the wheels off my animals and show them to the highest level, the past five years of showing competitive breed steers is something i’ll always be proud of. i’ve been extremely blessed to be in the grand drive 3 times with angus steers and that’s an accomplishment within itself. Ace, Dos, and Trip are the steers that got me here. without them i don’t know where i’d be.
thank you Colton and Hunter Prescott for always pushing me to be the best i could be. thank you mom and dad for letting me live this life and for fueling my passion one set of calves at a time. thank you to all my family who’ve shown up when it matters and continuing to support my next chapter. thank you to all the friends i consider family for supporting me and being my biggest fans. everyone watch out for parker dunn, i hope to help her achieve more goals than i ever had and watch her continue to grow within this industry just like i did.

walked in with a goal, walked out with the goal accomplished 2.0

-as i reflect on this year of showing this calf, i’m extremely proud of how far we’ve came. it all started with Colten telling me he’s got an angus steer for me, i was very hesitant on this idea just because the whole angus thing never caught my interest. after i laid eyes on this steer i knew we’d have fun together. it took a lot of time to even get him to understand the show steer life, but with a lot of hard work and dedication we finally figured it out together. Ace was definitely one that hated any other human touch besides the people he knew which was mainly me, he was stubborn at times but was always one that i could rely on in the show ring. i will be forever thankful for Ace, making my dreams come true one show at a time. So so so thankful for all the times i showed him and all the people involved with this steer. Ace was a good one, and i will always be so proud of him and I’s work, thank you for getting me to the dirt Ace, angus power forever🫶 -champion angus steer Indiana state fair!!!! taken in Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center by @gracyn_stevens
