PANEL ANNOUNCEMENT🎓⭐️ We are thrilled to announce that our next panelist is Katy Lipson! Katy Lipson founded Aria Entertainment in 2012, producing over 100 shows across the West End, Off-West End, and UK tours. Her production of KENREX: A True Crime Thriller was the most Olivier Award-nominated new British play of the 2025–26 season, earning six nominations including Best New Play, and winning two Olivier Awards: Best Actor for Jack Holden and Best Sound Design for Giles Thomas. It also won two Drama Desk awards for Jack Holden and John Patrick Elliott from its New York run Off-Broadway. West End credits include Brokeback Mountain (world premiere at @sohoplace), Cruise (Olivier-nominated, Duchess Theatre & Apollo Theatre), and The Last Five Years (Garrick Theatre). UK tours include Here and Now: The Steps Musical, The Osmonds, The Cher Show, Hair, The Rise and Fall of Little Voice, and three national tours of the UK premiere production of The Addams Family. Notable London productions: From Here to Eternity, Broken Wings, Flowers for Mrs. Harris, and Zorro. From 2016 to 2019, Katy was Producing Artistic Director at Hope Mill Theatre, leading premieres of Pippin, Parade, Little Women, Yank!, Mame, and Rags. A multiple honoree on The Stage 100, her productions of Hair, Spring Awakening, and Flowers for Mrs. Harris have won WhatsOnStage Awards. Recent work includes The Addams Family in Concert (London Palladium), Pippin; 50th Anniversary Concert (Theatre Royal Drury Lane), Hot Mess (The Other Palace, Southwark Playhouse), Ballad Lines (Southwark Playhouse), and multiple runs of KENREX: A True Crime Thriller (Sheffield Theatres, Southwark Playhouse, and The Other Palace) and most recently Off-Broadway (Lucille Lortel Theatre). PANEL ANNOUNCEMENT🎓⭐️ We are thrilled to announce that our next panelist is Will Holyhead! Will is an Offie-nominated director and writer working accross theatre and screen. His work spans commercial musicals, new writing, regional theatre and international productions. New and recent projects include: The Looking Glass Wars, by Pippa Cleary and Shaun McKenna, Fishlake by Jeremy Fletcher, and B*ST*RDS, a musical written by himself and Alex James Ellison, which was nominated for an OFFIE for Best Production at Brighton Fringe Festival 2024. He is currently the International Associate Director of Sister Act, having previously served as Resident Director on the UK & Ireland tour. Other Associate and Resident credits include The King and I, Curtains and Tell Me on a Sunday. Wil will be joining The Graddy Awards panel for our London Semi-Finals. PANEL ANNOUNCEMENT🎓⭐️ We are thrilled to announce that our next panelist is Dan Blumenau! Dan Blumenau is a Manchester-based Casting Director with two decades of experience spanning the West End, international theatre, and global entertainment. For Debbie O’Brien Casting, his West End and UK touring credits include the Olivier-nominated The Choir of Man, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Thriller Live, Priscilla The Party, and Flashdance, alongside television projects including the BBC’s So You Think You Can Dance. Bilingual in English and French, Dan frequently bridges the UK and European talent pools. He regularly heads up casting in London and Paris for major continental productions, including Jean Paul Gaultier’s Fashion Freak Show and the Bochum production of Starlight Express. In addition to his theatrical work, Dan manages extensive European casting for the luxury cruise sector, sourcing performers across London, Ireland and Paris for brands including AIDA Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Holland America Line. Dan will be joining The Graddy Awards panel for our Manchester Semi-Finals. Less than 48 hours left to enter! PANEL ANNOUNCEMENT🎓⭐️ We are thrilled to announce that our next panelist is Kate Golledge! Kate Golledge is a director, dramaturg, and creative leader specialising in new musical theatre and large-scale live entertainment. Her work spans theatre, immersive experiences and live spectaculars in the UK and internationally, including projects for Disney, Balich Wonder Studio, Holiday on Ice and Cirque du Soleil. She has recently created a new concept for Cirque du Soleil and recently directed Legally Blonde at the Esplanade Theatre in Singapore. She is an Associate Artist of the Singapore Repertory Theatre, where her original family shows have reached audiences of more than 200,000. She also works extensively in new musical development, collaborating with writers and producers to shape shows from first idea to production. Kate will be joining The Graddy Awards panel for our London Semi-Finals. 2 days left to enter! PANEL ANNOUNCEMENT🎓⭐️ We are thrilled to announce that our next panelist is Rhys Wilkinson! Rhys will be joining The Graddy Awards panel for our Manchester Semi Finals. Rhys is an established Choreographer and Movement Director. Most recently, they have worked as assistant choreographer on the multi-award winning Paddington the Musical. Last year, Rhys choreographed for a confidential animated film set to premier in cinemas in 2027 and also become one of the two inaugural Choreographers selected for Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre Dance Lab programme. Rhys’ performance credits include starring in musicals such as &Juliet, Just For One Day, and Why Am I So Single?. Credits include: Movement Director on Bat Boy (Musical in Concert, London Palladium); Choreographer on Stephen Schwartz at 75 (Concert, The Lyric Theatre), which was nominated for a WhatsOnStage award for Best Concert Event; Movement Director for No Limits (Turbine Theatre); along with Choreographer on an array of new musical workshops, music videos and short films which have amassed thousands of views. 3 days left to enter!
