Just want to say thank you to everyone who had something to do with making tonight a success! From purchasing a ticket to reposting my posts to holding space and so on and so on. .
.
Why didn't I think of combining my loves of makeup and music together sooner!? Now, if I get track and field some how incorporated in there I'm taking my act on the road..
.
I haven't taught a class in a very long time. I've been doing one on one's. More personal shopping and cleaning than teaching. I really am good at it and I missed it.
.
Had a perfect bunch of women who came ready with questions and a learning spirit Which made it easier.
.
This is me and my model my buddy @delainyfana I wasn't trying to completely replicate the album cover but to teach women to make makeup fun again and how to work with your features.
.
I definitely need sponsorship. The amount of businesses I gave business to! 🤣
.
A very special shout out to:
.
@graewellnesslounge🏠
.
For having this space for other creatives to have the ability to create.
.
@rjartistry 📸
.
For your energy and seeing my vision out of the gate as well amazing work.
.
@djceo 💜
.
For literally everything. Always. All ways.
.
I'm taking a rest on Amerie's "All I Have" album. But if you haven't heard it before or in a minute. Take a listen. No skips I promise.
.
Be on the lookout for what album is next...👀
.💄
.
Forever grateful by @graewellnesslounge

Welcome to my Inspiration series. Vol. 1 -Album Covers
.
Where I take you on a musical 🎶journey while showcasing the artistry of each album cover and teach how to recreate those looks for everyday wear.
.
It's officially summer! 🏖
.
it's only right we start with Amerie. When you look at this album cover. It may look like she has no makeup on. That was the point. Fresh light and yet her skin from face to legs are perfection.
.
Have you ever wanted to wear something and thought I can't because I have marks and scars. Maybe some unevenness or some mosquito bites.
.
Do you find yourself sweating through your makeup and would like to find a simple summer look that lasts throughout the entire day?
.
This would be the class for you!
.
Combining my 2 loves of makeup & music this will be a very active and fun class. With light charcuterie bites and champagne 🍾
.
All you have to do is buy your tickets🎟 bring your brushes🖌 and an open mind🧠.
.
Early bird 🐦tickets go on sale tonight at midnight. The class will only be 25 people. So early bird tickets are limited to 10.
.
Early bird-$99
Full-price- $150

Love Jones Poetry Night was a vibe from start to finish. Live saxophone, spoken word that moved the room, and a community that showed up fully. Swipe to relive the night.

Wondering what to wear? The theme is shades of brown and 90s fine. Dress the part. Find someone that matches your fly 🤎

Healing hits different when you do it together.

On Thursday, at the @graewellnesslounge, our Wellness Reset Mixer brought us into one room — one circle — to release what winter held onto and walk into spring with lighter shoulders.

There were honest conversations. There was stillness. There was laughter. And underneath all of it, a quiet reminder: you were never meant to carry it alone.
Thank you to every person who showed up open, soft, and ready. This is the takeover.
