Listen to Tuning by Alpenglow OUT NOW!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

@alpenglow_____ is releasing our 3rd and final record, Tuning, today. @petercoccoma @elorisaxl and I are really proud of this thing and hope you’ll spend a little time with it.

A record release always comes with a mix of emotions: excitement, relief, anxiety, disappointment, pride. This one is no exception. There was a long time that I wasn’t sure if this record would ever see the light of day, but I’m truly grateful to be able to share it today, and for whoever gives it a listen. I want to thank Pete and Elori for their collaboration and friendship over these past 15 years. This record is a testament to all we’ve learned as a band 💙

Big thanks to Daniel Ocanto, @hunterdavidsohn, @zubinhensler and @kennethjohngilmore, and @jakeviator.wav for their essential contributions.

Finally, we’re playing our release show next Thursday 7.31 @cassettenyc. Come hang and see us play the new jams live✌️ by @grammmsss

Coming out of hibernation to play a solo show next Sunday April 7th at Berlin Under A. The last one was on the coldest night of the year back in January, so this feels like a symbolic ushering in of spring. Many thanks to @spirit_was and @__kin_hana__ who came aboard in the 11th hour. It’s gonna be a good one🌱 taken in Berlin NYC by @grammmsss

I’m gonna release my record on October 5th and will commemorate the occasion with a party in my practice space on the same night. Gonna play the new record with the band and then @tqkehd and @thefaketonyg will take over with DJ sets. I’ll have downloads of the record at the door. Come by! taken in Red Hook by @grammmsss
