2025 is the Year of the Wood Snake - and the year we shed the old to build something BOLD.

What does this mean?

WOOD - symbolizes growth, creativity, + renewal
SNAKE - represents wise, elegant, intuition, + strategy (with a flair for transformation)

We are thrilled to introduce the ASPEN GROUP | powered by eXp Realty - a partnership built on trust, strategy, + a shared vision of home.

Have you ever wondered what home inspectors are looking for?

It takes a detailed eye to catch issues within a property and a comprehensive home inspections from an Internachi Certified Inspector is an important step in the buying process.

The photo above is a full inspection of a roof. Neil Gram, owner of Informed Inspections, discovered a sizeable hidden nest while performing an inspection this week. My clients didn’t find this discovery to warrant a concession or request from the seller, but they were happy it was brought to their attention and will be tackling this minor project as soon as they take possession.

As we move into our spring market and a more competitive season, regardless of what you write in a contract to win the house, don’t skip the inspection!

Back in the state where it all started 🏔️

It was divine alignment when we met all those years ago at the Peace Pub 😘 Being in Colorado has me reflecting back on over 20 years of sharing life together…3 states, 7 different moves, career changes, parenthood; it’s an honor to share those moments with you!

Thank you for being my best friend, an exceptional co-parent, business partner + husband! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY @gramneil 🤍 #mylove #marriage #colorado #vail #fallcolors #theaspengroupkw taken in Vail, Colorado by @gramneil
