This Portland pizza spot didn’t rank No. 26 in the country for no reason. @granapdx

📍 Grana Pizza Napoletana in Portland Oregon ranked #26 for the best pizzas in the US… and they deserve top 50 for sure. Address is 2811 E Burnside St, Portland, OR 97214. We loved how their pizzas are made from scratch and they TASTE like they are from scratch. La città di Portland negli ultimi dieci anni è diventata sicuramente un punto di riferimento per la pizza di qualità negli Stati Uniti d’America grazie a tanti artigiani che l’hanno fatta saltare alle cronache nazionali. Uno stile di pizza da queste parti ben definito e con una propria caratteristica. Ma anche la pizza napoletana ha trovato spazio, soprattutto quella contemporanea, con Grana. Da subito diventata punto di riferimento per questo stile. La pizzeria ha un ambiente moderno, curato ed informale, il disco di pasta non è troppo grande, alto e soffice, un cornicione pronunciato e ben alveolato, con una lievitazione davvero notevole. Le cotture delle pizze sono sempre precise. La proposta delle pizze non è molto vasta, perché vengono usati prodotti freschi e di stagione, questa è una vera garanzia. Vi consigliamo di provare la Nonna, con ricotta, limone conservato, broccoli, semi di sesamo, aglio e origano, un accostamento che risulta davvero ben bilanciato e molto interessante accompagnato con questa tipologia d’impasto. Essenziale ma di qualità la proposta del bere.

2026: A total shit show. But we remember the things that nourish us - family, good people and great food. Thank you for letting us thrive in such uncertain times, you showing up means the world to us! But please don’t end with GRANA - support every mom and pop that you can! Small businesses and the folks they employ are the lifeblood of this community, and many are struggling to stay afloat. At GRANA, we have always taken great pride in being a space that welcomes all - regardless of who you are or what you believe. Food has this wonderful ability to unite and create deep appreciation for our differences.

In these dark times, join me in denouncing all forms of religious, political, ideological, and geographic violence. Join me in making this community feel safe for all who live here, no matter how you got here. Join me in finding our shared humanity when we want to take sides, and, choose the only side that matters - that of radical acceptance and peace, where EVERY human deserves to take up space.
