I was waiting for a famous fitness influencer to say I could do it… The truth is that I was delaying! I’ve found this passion that I never knew I had. I’ve discovered that I am really interested in helping other older blokes out with their fitness and wellbeing.
So and it’s a big so can I become a personal fitness trainer @60 ?😱
I’m gonna give it a go! So if you want to come along for the ride and follow my raw journey or you or you know anyone that has lost their mojo please follow my new instagram @grandadfit and my new YouTube channel Grandad Fit Club.
