Below is a note from Four Leaf Rover on a recipe change for Red Rover - Organic Berries for Dogs.

"One of the ingredients in our original formula was organic apple skin. Unfortunately, our supplier was no longer able to provide the quality we expect, and after an extensive search, we couldn't find another source we felt confident putting our name behind.

At Four Leaf Rover, we don't compromise on ingredient quality just to keep a formula the same.

Instead, we chose blackberries.

And I get to do it all again this coming Saturday for the @block50leduc Pet Fair!

My day started with Doozer watching me get ready and wondering why I was up so early on a Sunday morning. Luckily I had packed the majority of the items a day before so this morning I just needed to pack up the frozen items and head out.

But first coffee.

No matter how many times I do this, it will never stop being awkward setting up and taking down a tent all by myself. But I am finding some tricks to make it a little easier.

The market was a great success and Unleashed Acres was a wonderful host! I can't wait to do it all again this coming Saturday at Block50 Leduc Pet Fair!

I wish I could tell you raw dog food is a quick fix, but that's just not my style. And it isn't helpful to you offering it as such!

Chronic itching is often the main symptom of Atopic Dermatitis—an inflammatory response caused by an overactive immune system reacting to food or environmental triggers, genetics, gut imbalance, or underlying sensitivities.

Breeds like Retrievers, German Shepherds, Bulldogs, and Terriers are especially prone, with flare-ups often starting between 6 months and 3 years of age. Puppies with atopic parents will have a higher risk of also developing it in their life.

Happy September 1st everyone! How is everyone feeling after school drop off this morning?

We are moving into my favourite time of year: fall. I'm ready to get back into the school routine and easing into cozy season. 😊

September is a busy month for Grand Dog with two market days in addition to two pick up days! We are excited to be part of the @block50leduc Pet Fair and the Paws and Play Market @unleashedacres_ !

Both events have a great line up of activities like dog races, silent auctions, live music, and more! Added bonus: the Leduc Pet Fair proceeds will go towards local Animal Rescues.

I hope to see some of your faces and pups this month!

And just like that, our Devon Market season has come to an end. But we do have a couple more markets coming in September! (Swipe to the end to see upcomming dates and locations!)

Since Grand Dog started, I have always felt that doing markets in the communities we serve is so important. There's the obvious reasons of spreading awareness, but more importantly it's a way for us to connect in person with all of you - new or long time #granddograwpack members.

Having an online store means very little human to human interaction. In my head, there is no replacing that aspect of community building. That's why having our space in Devon for regular pick ups is another important change we made in the last year (one option that has been growing significantly!).

Do you find yourself wanting to head out and shop in person more lately? I sense a shift, but maybe I'm wrong?
