Another kitbash of the free store mini of the month. A Krieg Toilet Engineer, because someone has to do it (it's often a guy who pulled the shortest straw).

Adeptus Caffeinicus servo-barista, fresh from the servitor production line, is here to give you the best taste of our gene-beans, just before a morning drop (in the drop pod).

Kitbash from the #killteam servitor, only using original warhammer bits (mostly kharadrons)

Bersork GUTZ is here!

Based on an action figure of Guts from #berserk series, it was a fun journey of learning how to sculpt cloth (hood) finding the coressponding bits, and of course, forging a greatsword (from 4 sprues!)

And I'm glad that I managed to finish it on #orctober!

Mini made from ork champ from of boyz from Armageddon box.

Time to start #orktober with the biggest ork in the box (Armageddon box)!
This kitbashed fella barely fits on the 30mm base, but somehow, he managed to not stick out too much with his bigger-than-ogre body.

A Black Ork Warboss bigboss kitbash, with magnetised arms (because why not) made from 40k Ork warboss. I tried to stay with the original pose and parts, just modifying the ones that needed that (arms, borrowed from ogre).

Sister of Battle kitbash, for a custom order: Order of the Banshee's Veil.

The lore is that heavy battle damaged sisters, basically half-life (thus the zombie head) join this order, to sacrifice themselves in hardest missions.

Power-scythe is mostly for a decorative purposes.

Maybe I will paint it someday.

Night Goblin Battle Standard Bearer kitbash.

Another gob joins the kitbashed squad. Few more to have full roster. I need to put more stuff on the standard, but it's good to deploy the way it is for now. Maybe add some dwarf heads?

Can't stop kitbashing 40k Armageddon Orks into Fantasy!
But we are getting close to having full roster of heroes, this time - an Orc BSB.

Two boar boys standard glued together, with a little sculpting and adding few parts to BannerNob.
Oh, and of course, it's all on magnets!

But I will need to add some thing to that banner later, to bland for an army standard for now, I think. 🤔

The last weekend was reaaaaly busy, because of the Warhammer Open event happening in my hometown - Cracow! First time in Poland and only 15 minutes away from me, meant one thing - I couldn't miss it (but I almost did😅).

Took part in a Hobby Challenge, as kitbashing is something I love about the hobby, and a huge mountain of sprues meant like I was in a right place for that! So, from Friday to Sunday, I was 100% focused on finishing the piece on time, from the initial planning design of the ship, finding parts, gluing, greenstuffing, and finally, painting. Just barely made it before the time ran out!

I'm really glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone, and decided to crunch for those 3 days, to test myself in this challenge. My need for creativity and creation has been fulfilled!

Oh, and it turned out that my Pirate Orks Ship, scored best in Painting category! 🏆With so many great pieces around (I think much better than mine!) it was a huge honor, to get recognised by a Warhammer team! Thank you so much!

And thanks for the company of the @theunsanctionedartificer as we sat at the same table, chatting while we did work on our models. And congratulations for winning the Best in the Narrative category mate! Maybe our table was lucky, ha! 😅

So, in conclusion... can't wait for the next one!

Sister of Munda or Adepta Escheritas. A test model for Necromunda's kitbashed Escher gang.
Few additional elements were added, like tabard/skirt, headswap, blade and additional trinkets.

Oh, and a clevage. A test clevage.

Making of my first grimdark themed mini.
Kitbashed from different sets of creepy plastic dudes from GW for a @the.grimdark.trials #thedreadarcana challenge.

Also, can be used as a Demon Prince or something, but personally for me it is a perfect creepy Dungeons & Dragons boss for en epic final battle.

Saleos, Two of Swords.

Final photo entry for #thedreadarcana challenge from @the.grimdark.trials

Glad that I’ve finally found a Instagram creative challenge in time, that didn’t ended in a few days! With more than a month of time, and my super-slow pace of kitbashing miniatures I knew this time it’s time to be creative and finally kitbash something for a challenge (I missed this, our local GW store stopped doing monthly mini-of-the-month challenges this year). Obviously, I started day 1, took a few weeks break, and then rushed everything in the final days, my typical challenge process.

This is the first time I’ve bashed something in a Grimdark theme, so I had to improvise with the design, painting and basing, but overall, I’ve gained a crucial experience (mostly in skin painting and making resin-based blood) that, I hope, will come handy in the next grimdark challenges in the future!

My main challenge goals:
• Create a playable mini, that can be used as a D&D boss or in Warhammer/Something tabletop games. So no diorama for now! Just a regular shaped base with a mini on top!
• Use only plastic bits (my printer needs service and replacement of parts, but I’m too lazy to invest in this old chap). But hey, because of that it’s 100% Warhammer tournament legal, haha (GW bits only)!
• Try new things, do the blood thing I always wanted to try, experiment with styles. See what works and what not.

And well, I think all things checked!
