🏡 A Little Garden Win & a Much-Needed Refuel today.

Finally treated myself to this lovely wee garden set — and honestly, the timing couldn’t have been better. Perfect spot for a cuppa and a breather after this morning’s scorch‑fest workout.

And the best part? Snack break was sorted thanks to Michelle Crentsil and her insanely delicious granola bars 😋 (Granola by Michelle). Picked them up at the ever wonderful Elvaston, where I got to cool down, refuel, and even squeeze in a bit of work after training this morning. Absolute bliss.

I’m starting from the foundations again after a good bit of time out due to Illness — Pilates to reconnect, functional strength to rebuild, and a mix of swimming and gentle interval jogging (as much as my little knees are happy with). Four consistent sessions a week to find my rhythm again.

It doesn’t matter how long I’m moving or how intense it is. What matters is that it gets done. That steady, sustainable middle gear is so underrated, and I wish more people understood just how powerful it is.

Slow, steady, consistent. That’s where the real progress hides.

Now… if only my poor, scorched lawn could bounce back as quickly as I can 😅🌞🥺
