Here is to ringing in 50 in July traveling Italy 🇮🇹 with the people I love most.

Exploring Italy with my traveling sorority show is something I’ll never forget. From the canals of Venice, the colorful beauty of watching a Master glass blower in Murano, the history of Rome, the breathtaking coastline of Sorrento and Positano, to swimming unforgettable blue waters and grottos of Capri—every stop was incredible.

What made this trip even more meaningful was experiencing it through Dana’s eyes. Being 100% Italian, this wasn’t just a vacation—it was a journey back to her heritage. Sharing that history, culture, food, traditions, and the beauty of her family’s homeland with our girls made this an experience we’ll treasure forever.

To Dana, Mia, and Chloe—thank you for the greatest gift I could have asked for. The memories we created together will stay with me for the rest of my life.

A special thank you to The St. Regis Venice for an unforgettable stay and to Arienzo Beach Club in Positano for a spectacular day!

Here’s to family, heritage, gratitude, and making memories that last a lifetime. 🇮🇹❤️

I was hanging in Amelia Island this week and was WOW’d by @usnavy nuclear ☢️ submarine coming in from a tour of depths of the sea. Amazing to witness! What an amazing coordinated event to bring one of these unreal machines in! Navy boats , Helicopters and @uscg to serve and protect (and to keep our boat far away from the submarine). Thank you @usnavy for keeping us safe here and abroad! 🇺🇸 taken in Amelia Island,Florida by @grant.koster

I’ve done Vegas multiple times but this was the best trip by far! Celebrating my good friend @dcgessner birthday! We stayed at @fontainebleaulasvegas which was epic! Everything was on point! @komodolv @motherwolflv, Collins Bar, Azul, were all awesome! Banger of a night at Poodle 🐩 Room and @livlv watching @domdolla! Helicopter 🚁 into #GrandCanyon and boat down Colorado River and hiked around the West Rim. Highly recommended! The Lapis Spa was next level. Snow shower and sauna breath work show is a must! So proud of the #grit & #discipline that @miabellakoster has demonstrated on her journey after ACL surgery! Here is Mia putting in the work with @ryan_griffith. Ryan and Lisa Palazzolo have taken such great care of her through this rehab process. I’ll be forever grateful for their professionalism and commitment to her return to lacrosse!

Amazing summer trip to @greece and @portugal! We chilled in Naxos, 🇬🇷, and enjoyed amazing beach clubs and restaurants. We love @caya_beach_naxos and @macaobeach_naxos and the drive, sunset dinner, and views Rotunda Restaurant were stunning.

We boated 🛥️ through the South Aegean Sea and explored Koufonissi Island as well.

Next, we landed in Lisbon, Portugal 🇵🇹 @lisbon.travel. Portugal exceeded my expectations BIG time! Lisbon was beautiful and surrounded by amazing history. The food was amazing and after 4 days in Lisbon @tivoliavenidaliberdade (could have stayed 5-6 easily) we went south to Lagos and sailed ⛵️ the southern coast (Algarve Coast) @lagos.algarve.portugal of Portugal which was stunning! We were able to see a full moon 🌕 rising from the horizon of the ocean. The picture didn’t do it justice! The coastline is just beautiful. The towns are fun to explore too.

Our captains took us in and out of caves on the coast line on the small boat off the back and even took the kids paddle boarding surfing 🏄 which they loved.

10/10 trip and for sure recommend Naxos, Greece and Lisbon, Portugal as well as Lagos and the Algarve Coast! by @grant.koster

Big fun last night @glenbrooksouth where the inaugural @gbsglax vs @gbslacrosse game featured the Girl’s Lax Team vs Boy’s Lax Team for a special charity exhibition game. The boys were great sports playing with girls sticks and learning the girls game. The girls played tough finishing the first quarter up 4-2! Once the boys figured out the girls sticks they came back to edge out the game 12-9.

Special thanks to AD Tom Mietus for supporting the idea from @miabellakoster and @townsend_walter_lax for coming up with the idea and @sama11en_ for sharing his story at halftime and the fundraiser charity event benefiting @cycleforsurvival.

Big thanks to Coach Nicole Pullano and Coach Wildman for reffing and policing the match. The kids played with Grit and Grace!

And, I had my debut in the announcer box. Public Service Announcement: Never give me a microphone 🎤 and an audience 😜.
