Almost didn’t go out this morning…
Woke up late and was this close to staying in—but I sent it anyway, and I’m glad I did 🔥

Landed my second PB this week and it came with an epic topwater blowup!
Morning started slow—just one dink and low energy—but I flipped the switch, got in the zone, and started targeting shaded spots under debris and overhangs. Then BOOM 💥 this nearly 9 lb tank crushed the @savagegearamericas Tough Toad 🐸 and the assist of the @invasivelures 🐸

Got out this morning and put in some work—and it paid off big time with a new personal best! All the effort and grind I’ve been putting in lately came together today.

Unfortunately, in all the excitement, I realized I left my scale at the last spot 🤦🏻‍♂️, so I couldn’t get an exact weight. But without a doubt, this is the biggest snakehead I’ve landed so far. The adrenaline was unreal, and the catch felt incredibly rewarding.

The grind doesn’t stop here—we’re just getting started!

Went out the other morning in search of some new snake spots. I pulled up to a random lake that looked pretty promising. Third cast in i get a massive blow up! I thought it was for sure the elusive big snake i been after, but it was this beautiful snook instead. I'll take that all day. Crushed the @invasivelures 🥋🐸 which made it even more crazy of a catch.
