🏆 GNGU All Amateur Series Order of Merit Champion – Open Division 🏆

What a season.

This achievement is the result of countless hours of practice, sacrifice, perseverance, and the support of so many people along the way. I’m incredibly grateful to finish the GNGU All Amateur Series as the Order of Merit Champion in the Open Division.

A huge thank you to my family, coaches, friends, sponsors, and everyone who has supported me throughout the journey. Your belief and encouragement have played a massive role in this success. Another huge thank you to the team @gautengnorthgolfunion for their hard work in hosting a great series.

Proud of what has been accomplished, but even more excited for what lies ahead. The work doesn’t stop here. ⛳️

13 rounds. 10 days. 3 events. ⛳️

The results are slowly starting to reflect the work being put in behind the scenes.

The last 2 weeks started at Prince’s Grant with a T19 finish in the National Amateur Invitational and a T43 finish in the KZN Strokeplay Open. Definitely seeing progress each week and finally starting to feel more comfortable with the driver again… although unfortunately the 2 iron didn’t survive the trip 😂

After a quick turnaround from finishing 36 holes on Sunday I flew back for the Blu Label Unlimited Series event on Monday. I started strong with a 2 under round to sit T7 for round one, but the 13 rounds in 10 days eventually caught up with my body and I finished T38.

Golf is a funny game. There are weeks where you see the results and weeks where you just build. Right now, I know I’m building something special.

A massive thank you to everyone helping me chase this dream. My team, family, friends, sponsors, supporters and everyone backing the journey in any way possible. None of this happens alone and I’m incredibly grateful for every opportunity, message, share and contribution along the way.

This is only the beginning.

I’m continuing to grow both as a player and as a creator while documenting the journey to professional golf. For any brands, companies or individuals looking to partner, collaborate or be part of the journey, my DMs are always open.

Let’s build something special together 🤝

Day 74: The Road to R40,000 ⛳🎥

Today was a BIG day for the journey. 🇿🇦⛳

Today marked my first day with the Sunshine Tour, as we headed to the Fortress Invitational at Houghton to play in the Pro-Am.

I had the privilege of playing alongside Herman Loubser, what a fantastic guy and an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. 🏌️‍♂️🔥

It was such a great experience getting to be part of an event like this and seeing everything that goes into a Sunshine Tour event from the inside.

The Fortress Invitational Pro-Am was a fantastic event, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of it.

This feels like the beginning of a very exciting chapter, and I genuinely can’t wait to see where this partnership takes us. 👀⛳

Day 73: The Road to R40,000 ⛳🎥

A lot happening behind the scenes today! ⛳🎥

The morning was mainly focused on admin and editing, keeping everything moving with the amount of work happening behind the scenes at the moment.

I also picked up some new golf shoes 👟⛳ always a good day when new golf gear is involved! 😂

Then I spent the afternoon at Par72 working on the swing with my mate. It’s been a busy few weeks, so getting some proper time to focus on the golf was definitely needed.

And now… tomorrow is a BIG one. 👀🔥

We’re heading to the Fortress Invitational Pro-Am at Houghton, which will officially kick-start my partnership with the Sunshine Tour.

I genuinely can’t wait for this one. This is something I’ve been working towards for a long time, and it feels like another massive step forward in the journey. 🇿🇦⛳
