Mount Temple Summit (11,637ft) in the off season. The tallest mountain in the Lake Louise area. Completed in 3:08 to the top & 2:26 back down. About 6 months ago I completely changed my life around. I quit drinking alcohol, quit eating fast food and started swimming 2km +/week & biking 100km +/week. This was all to help prepare and train for my trip to Nepal in the Everest region, where I’ll be attempting to climb three 6000m peaks. I felt amazing during this climb and I couldn’t have asked for a better result. The feeling I got at the summit is something I can’t describe but the countless hours of hard work and discipline paid off. My first look at Mount Temple the day before attempting it. Woke up at 2:30am and started our climb at 4:00am to push for the summit. The crux where I had to climb up a 90 degree wall overhanging a 1000m drop. There is no other way around it and if you fall you are not surviving it. Could see the summit in the distance and knew we made it Finally at the summit. Met my brother @wilmtang from China who climbed the entire way with me. Next up - Lobuche East (6119m) Island Peak (6189m) & Pokalde Peak (5806m) They will be twice the size of this mountain and this was just more preparation for bigger goals in the future. Onto the next. See you at the top. by @grantgoodbrand

What a life changing year 2025 was for me… I reached all of the goals I set for myself, made new friends with some of the best people I’ve ever met, landed more clients than I ever would’ve imagined and travelled to more countries in a single year than I had in my entire life. Who would’ve thought?… If I was able to show my 12 year old self what I’ve accomplished, he wouldn’t believe me. Thinking about that really hits home because I made a reality out of what I used to pray for. This year I also became closer to God. I started praying every day when I woke up and every night when I went to bed and thanking God for the opportunity to be alive which most of us take for granted. This is something that I think has shaped me into the person I have become. I’m excited for what 2026 has to offer. This is the beginning of a generational run. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of it 🙏 by @grantgoodbrand
