Had the opportunity to teach at @rivieruniversity and pour into the next generation through my BTR Framework for @lgcymarketing.

More than business principles, these are the building blocks for anything you want to grow with intention.

Grateful for the opportunity. Even more grateful for the impact. taken in Rivier University by @granthambethea

Spent my 30th birthday in Portsmouth, NH, and it really hit me different.

I’ve lived in New Hampshire most of my life, and I honestly had no idea how much Black history was right here. Walking the Black Heritage Trail reminded me that sometimes the history we need to know is closer than we think.

It really made me grateful. Also, made me reflect. It made me think about the people who came before us, what they endured, and how much of their story still needs to be remembered.

Birthdays usually make you think about where you’re going.

This one really made me honor what came before me.

Grateful for another year of life, growth, wisdom, and purpose. taken in Portsmouth, New Hampshire by @granthambethea

Kai’s first time in the city!
My godson took on NYC like a pro! M&M’s, skyscrapers, and all the snacks his heart could handle.

We laughed, we explored, we turned the sidewalks into a runway.
Definitely a core memory.

What a moment.
My sister @alanalorenbethea produced the 1000th episode of the Tamron Hall Show—one of the biggest milestones in the show’s history. And honestly, it felt like her own milestone too.

Watching her behind the scenes… leading, coordinating, solving, smiling through the pressure—it reminded me just how powerful, talented, and anointed she truly is. This wasn’t just a celebration of the show, it was a celebration of the people who make it great. And sis, you are that greatness.

I’m beyond proud of you. You’ve earned this moment. And the best part? You’re just getting started.

Let’s keep making history. taken in New York, New York by @granthambethea

What a powerful moment this Sunday at @nepministries .
The message was simple, but weighty:
We’re all passing something down.
The question is—what?

Fear or faith.
Pressure or purpose.
Wounds or wisdom.

Legacy isn’t about what we leave behind…
It’s about who we build up while we’re here.

This message wasn’t just for the next generation—
It was for all of us.
To be reminded that healing can start with one person.
That cycles can break.
That with God’s help, it stops here… and something better begins. taken in Pelham, New Hampshire by @granthambethea
