"Most people live their lives between 4-6 out of 10. Every day that goes by...5,5,5,5. If you want to experience 10's, you have to be willing to go through 1's!" - @colinobrady

About 500 feet into my second last ascent I felt a throbbing pain in my left knee. As I got past the first aid station on the mountain, it began to seize up and get more painful with every step. For the first time on the mountain, I felt like I might not be able to complete my mission, 8 times up the mountain to reach the equivalent elevation of Mt. Everest, 29,029 feet. I faced many 1's on the mountain, but this was the biggest.

Thanks to the great training staff, I was able to continue on and I will never forget reaching the summit, seeing my family at the top, waiting for me. Especially my little Jay Jay, who refused to go inside even when it started snowing. She waited outside for an hour for me while others took their turns warming up. She's a pretty special person.

I'm a grateful for my family including my parents who were there to support me every step of the way. Of course, I couldn't have done it without the strength and support of my beautiful wife @samanthapro16 . This mission started long before the mountain, and Sam never once complained about all the time that went into making this happen.

To the @thedreamfactorymb and especially Dream Kid Chad. You have been my inspiration this entire time. Thank you for letting us be a part of making more dreams come true for amazing kids here at home. Your work is so amazing and I'm just glad that my team and I can play a small part in it.

Thank you to my entire team at @endeavourwealth who not only supported this great mission but also put everything they had into making this vision come true! Success is always a team sport, and nobody gets there without surrounding yourself with great people!

@junicesavares , you captured these moments so perfectly! Thank you for documenting this incredible experience! I'm so glad that you were able to be there on the mountain with me!

To all of our sponsors, @birchwoodauto
, ITI Financial, @tm_lawyers
and IA Private Wealth; thank you! You made reaching our goal possible! by @grantwhite.endeavour

First game for Jay Jay.

I can safely say there are more nerves being a parent than there ever was being a player!

8 years ago, I spent many nights at the Osborne Starbucks planning out the launch of @endeavourgrp .

Now I’m back again charting the next 10 years and the future not just for our companies (and the ones we are about to create), but more importantly the impacts we know we can have in our communities and the world.

I continue to be inspired by all the creative thinkers, the dreamers, and thinking about what they will create! by @grantwhite.endeavour

Walking through the halls of Kilmainham Gaol was one of the most fascinating experiences of our time in Ireland. 🇮🇪

So much of Ireland’s struggle for freedom and independence is tied to the history of this prison. From the leaders of the 1916 Easter Rising to the generations who fought for Irish self-determination, these walls have witnessed some of the most defining moments in the country’s history.

We absolutely loved learning more about Ireland’s past, the sacrifices made, and the extraordinary courage of those who stood up for what they believed in.

It’s one thing to read about history. It’s another to stand in the places where it happened.

A powerful reminder that the freedoms we enjoy today were often hard fought for by those who came before us.

I was thrilled to have the opportunity to share the @endeavourgrp story this past week at the Financial Planners of Ireland conference this past week.

For Endeavour, financial planning and wealth management was just the beginning. When you unlock your true purpose; enabling people to choose their connections, how they spend their time and the life they want to experience, the possibilities become endless on how we can serve people and the businesses we can build to do so.

This conference was a testament to the incredible people here in Ireland and benefits that exist when you have a community mindset. I felt completely at home.

It was a real pleasure to be a part of it and proud that Endeavour and the amazing group of people we have are being recognized on a global scale! by @grantwhite.endeavour

These lads are a testament to the power of building community and connection.

Having met just back in January, I couldn’t have guessed the lifelong friendships that we would build.

We come from oceans apart but have found commonality in our drive to enable people to find fulfillment in their lives.

I couldn’t be more grateful to have these guys in my life and for an incredible few days together in Ireland!

Special thanks to @mondettaclothing for helping us show that community and friendship still means more than borders! by @grantwhite.endeavour

Incredible day here in Ireland exploring the countryside, getting up into Wicklow Mountains and finishing the day in Dublin.

This city is full of energy, especially around @trinitycollegedublin

Through thoughtful leadership and policy, Ireland has become one of the fastest growing economies in the World. There are challenges which have risen because of that including housing affordability, however, many countries can learn from the efforts Ireland has made to partner, collaborate and share in prosperity. by @grantwhite.endeavour

That’s a wrap on Hill of Dreams 2. ❤️

What a day.

Thank you to every person who climbed, donated, volunteered, brought their family, cheered someone on, shared a fundraising link or simply showed up to be part of it.

And most importantly, thank you to Brodie and his incredible family for allowing all of us to be part of their story. And a special shoutout to his sister Lila, who was an absolute fundraising warrior throughout this entire campaign.

Hill of Dreams is a little different from most physical challenges.

We wanted to create something where we could challenge ourselves, bring our families along for the journey, build connections within our community and make a difference for another family — all at the same time.

At Endeavour, we believe in the power of building connections.

We believe in doing hard things — not because we have to, but because we can.

Because when we challenge ourselves and push through the limits we place on ourselves, we discover what we’re capable of. And we believe that gives us more freedom, more confidence and ultimately more power to make a difference in the lives of the people around us.

That’s why we climb.

Not just to get to the top of a hill.

But to remind ourselves what we can accomplish together.

Thank you to everyone who made Hill of Dreams 2 possible, and thank you for supporting the incredible work of the Dream Factory.

Until the next hill. ❤️ Hill of Dreams 3 will be even bigger! by @grantwhite.endeavour

The moment where the one and only @aceburpee congratulates my mom on completing 30 hill climbs this past weekend at Hill of Dreams 2!

That hill is a sneaky beast, so doing 30 climbs is no joke.

So proud of you Mom! You can always hold this over Dad now too…

The climb may be done but fundraising is still ongoing this week! If you can, please help us make dreams come true for Brodie and other dream kids!

What a day, Winnipeg. ⛰️💙

Today, our community came together for Hill of Dreams 2026 — taking on 30, 60, and even 100 climbs of Garbage Hill in support of The Dream Factory and Dream Kid Brodie.

But today was about so much more than reaching the top of the hill.

Every climb, every donation, every volunteer, every sponsor and every person who showed up helped make a difference. Together, an incredible $16,945 was raised to help make a dream come true for a Manitoba child facing a life-threatening illness.

A massive thank you to everyone who climbed, donated, volunteered, cheered and helped make Hill of Dreams 2026 possible.

And to the incredible partners who helped bring today to life:

Thank you to Endeavour Wealth Management and The Dream Factory for bringing our community together for something bigger than ourselves.

Here’s a look back at an unforgettable day on the hill. 💙

Unreal moment wear @aceburpee is giving my mom a shout out at the Hill of Dreams without even knowing it’s my mom!

Today was an outstanding day to be out on the hill, doing hard things and making dreams come true!

Special thanks to everyone who made this day so amazing! More coming!

Hill of Dreams 2!

Tomorrow Morning, 9AM at Garbage Hill (Westview Park)

We’re taking over the iconic Garbage Hill for an awesome day of climbing, family, community — and most importantly, raising money for the Dream Factory.

What I love about this event is that it brings together two things we believe deeply in at Endeavour: the power of building connections and the power of challenging ourselves.

Donate today or come and climb the hill!

See you tomorrow Winnipeg!
