I can’t remember what we were laughing about here, it’s normally about not doing the move of the day, but as it was a wristlock seminar it was probably the thought of wristlocking @eatmyvictim - Training isn’t always fun, we do it’s beneficial long term. 6am starts in winter training around frozen puddles and knowing you’re going to be the nail some days. - We go through seasons of being mad keen, and others where we are nursing a string of injuries, but the main thing is we keep turning up and laughing our asses off with our mates at every chance. - Awesome photos from @allyant_photography well worth getting him in for any seminar - @macca53 @resolutebjj by @grapplers_soap
