What a Year 2025 was! Honored to be going head to head with some of the biggest in the game. 🙏🙏🙏 by @gratefulfarmz
Support Craft Growers Part 1: @growingpainsmi A lot of people asked me what brands I recommend on my post about Big Za. Since there are so many good brands, and since so many consumers still shop at Big Za simply because they are uneducated, I’m going to start a new series highlighting Brands & Growers all over the country that I think are dope and care about the quality they put out. If you’re in Michigan, or even surrounding states, you need to know about @growingpainsmi @growingpainsglobal. These guys are the real deal. @tpainswrld and @gratefulfarmz have been perfecting their craft since the medical days, starting with tents in the basement and building their reputation in the caregiver market. In 2023, they officially launched @growingpainsmi with 84 lights and one clear mission: grow the best product possible without sacrificing on quality to make investors happy. And they’ve been doing exactly that since with small curated batches that have taken the whole country by storm. What’s wild is how fast they’ve made their mark. @firstsmokeoftheday appearance in June. @propersmokeleague Dessert Bracket win in August. @wethegrowerspodcast appearance that same month. Then a few @zalympix trophies in September. Then just the other day, it was announced they took home Best Batch AND Rookie of the Year in the @propersmokeleague Their Honey Banana has been crushing it in the PSL, but if you look at their website, they’ve got about 30 other strains in rotation, and they are constantly hunting for new flavors. I do realize their meteoric rise in 2025 wouldn’t have been possible without the years of blood, sweat and tears that @tpainswrld and @gratefulfarmz have put into this game. Listening to them on @wethegrowerspodcast really makes you really realize how much they put on the line and sacrificed. Definitely an inspiring journey. If you’re in Michigan or the surrounding states, you gotta check out Growing Pains. This is what quality-focused brand looks like. by @gratefulfarmz
From a tent in a basement to the biggest stage in cannabis. 🏆 @growingpainsmi started with just Tom and Seth, no partners and no funding, and a run down building in Paw Paw, Michigan. They let the product speak for itself, and it did. Congrats to Growing Pains, @propersmokeleague High Rollers bracket champions, taking home the $150,000 grand prize, the largest purse in cannabis history. A non-California brand, proving it's the driver, not the car. As we start to close out 2026, thank you to every grower who ran Athena this year and showed up at cups across the globe. Your wins are our wins. Here's to celebrating even more of them with you in 2027. 🔥 by @gratefulfarmz

@gratefulfarmz from @growingpainsmi on the truth about infused pre-rolls An infused pre-roll is a pre-roll packed with concentrate to make it hit harder. Sounds great until you hear how a lot of them are made. Seth breaks down how the infused market in Michigan is mostly leftover trim and byproduct repackaged into something cheap. That’s exactly why you’ll never see it in a Growing Pains product 🔥 If you haven’t already, go check out this episode with Seth from @growingpainsglobal. We talk about a lot of different topics that anyone could be interested in. Also while you’re at it go check out the other episodes on the @growingtec YouTube channel, like the one with the other founder of Growing Pains, @tpainswrld 🫡 Link in bio. #SupportCraftGrowers by @gratefulfarmz
@gratefulfarmz from @growingpainsmi on the importance of Drybacks For the non-growers: a dryback refers to how long your pot drys out before another watering.
