sadly, i learned this day a future career in acting would never be in my cards 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ but James/Sam happily stuck it out 20+mins with me to get the silly little edit for my heart and memories 🎃 plus, the pop in guest appearance from our own pokemon, Blotter 👻

my body finally said enough is enough and requested fresh food with actual flavor and real nutrients 🥗
here’s a look at some of the tasty local things i’ve been munching on…. lots of meals are missing, but that doesn’t mean they weren’t delicious or photo worthy, i was just living in the moment and excited vs attempting to locate my phone for a photo 🤤
i highly recommend you get in touch with your local community instead of grocery stores…
your body, mind and soul will be grateful 🪷

🌈The colors have sound, and the sound has color. They are the same thing. That is how we communicate—through the harmony of the frequencies.
