Day 3 of Focus Freestyle with @gravity.andrew

This session went back to the roots—Hip-Hop foundations, rhythm, groove, musicality, and storytelling. A reminder that before you can bend the rules, you have to know them.

That’s what WONDAR Labs is all about: giving dancers and performing artists the chance to learn from working professionals, exchange ideas, and keep sharpening their craft.

Wondar Labs is House of Wondar’s professional development program for dancers and performing artists looking to deepen their practice, expand their tools, and learn from working professionals.

Next week, Tidah Anthony leads Focus Freestyle—a week of exploration, experimentation, and exchange around freestyle dance forms - with a different guest dancer each day.
