Welp it’s that time of year! Applications to the Gravity Collective XC Racing Program is now open!

If you are looking for a program that focuses on education, a great team environment, a positive culture, sustainable practices, effort, attitude and fun, we are probably for you.

We keep a small roster to focus on quality and athlete experience, so spots are very limited with many already filled with returning athletes.

Also, we do not recruit riders, that insures everyone who is on our program is here because they want to be apart of our program and believes in our values!

So if this sounds like a good fit for you, head to the link in our bio and fill out the application while spots are still available. The application closes once all spots are filled! by @gravitycollectivemtb

Didn’t get any content from XC Nats, but we did get this photo from @sjsokr!

I think it sums up our Nats experience pretty well! So thankful for the community that is developing around us. This year has been one of the funniest and has the team excited for more!

Could not be more proud of our athletes and the effort they put in this weekend! The results speak for themselves, but we have so much more growth than what results alone can show.

So excited for what’s next! taken in Virginia's Explore Park by @gravitycollectivemtb

What do you have to lose if you’re having fun…..

A snippet of behind the scenes at Gravity. Developing athletes in mountain biking goes so much further than race venues and bike computers. Learning life skills, finding balance within sports, becoming more curious and growing a passion for life is just the tip of the iceberg.

We put a lot of work into teaching that living and appreciating the current moment while also understanding the bigger picture is essential in an athletes pathway. Goals are what we try so hard to achieve, but often consume us in many ways. We take the time to zoom out and recharge, so that when the time comes, we are focus 100% at the task at hand.

Success in sports is a long term commitment and if the important ingredient of fun and joy are ignored or ever worse, stripped away, the journey usually ends with what ifs and resentments.

So proud of our team! We have created an environment like no other and it’s all thanks to all the athletes and their commitment to themselves, the team, joy and hard work! by @gravitycollectivemtb

What a block of racing in the past four weeks! From Washington to Canmore, Canada then wrapping up in Soldier Hollow, Utah, we don’t think we could have packed any more fun into this trip. The growth and progress this crew has shown over the last month was nothing short of amazing! Could not be more proud of all the athletes for the hard work they dedicated to themselves and the big vibes they bring to the team and events.

Can’t thank all the race promoters enough for hosting great events and fun and challenging tracks! Every year the tracks seem to have more and more changes that promote better use of technical skills and are pushing the sport in the right direction, really hope to see this trend continue with more challenges in the future! taken in North America by @gravitycollectivemtb

And also another great weekend hanging out with this tight knit crew! Once again we are blown away with the effort these kids put into this program and themselves. Really proud of each and every one of them! All the hard work and focus on the right things are really starting to show in their performances!

We are already up and going here in Wisconsin ready for another great round of the @uscupmtb taken in Danville, Virginia by @gravitycollectivemtb

Effort and attitude.

That was our theme for the week. Getting to the start line, finishing the race and having everything go perfectly is nearly impossible. Often times it’s the things we can’t control are what goes haywire and often what athletes will give focus to. This weekend our crew put a lot of focus into the two main things we can control, effort and attitude. So proud of these athletes and the high vibes and hard work they continue to bring every event! taken in Vail Lake Mountain Bike Park by @gravitycollectivemtb

First round of the @uscupmtb done and dusted for the squad. Super proud of everyone’s effort and commitment this past week. The vibe in the pits and team housing were all time and so were the results! Could not be more stoked for everyone! Pits didn’t blow away either, so all in all great week!
