Turns out I’ve captured a few good shots along the way ☺️

About 3.5 years ago, I got my first drone and was immediately hooked. I fell in love with capturing the world from a different perspective and seeing familiar places in a whole new way. There’s something so rewarding about finding the right light, the perfect angle, and those little moments that remind us just how beautiful the world can be when we see it from a different perspective.

Sometimes I just can’t bring myself to crop to 9:16 🤩

Windansea Beach is one of La Jolla’s most iconic stretches of coastline, known for its rugged sandstone rocks, powerful surf, and laid-back local surf culture. The historic palm covered Surf Shack has been part of the beach since the 1940s and has become one of its most recognizable landmarks.

On the day I was shooting here this week, it was just after a high tide of around +6 feet, so there was barely any beach and the waves were crashing against the rocks. It’s one of those spots that can look completely different depending on the tide, so be sure to check before you go 🌊

Have you ever seen the Children’s Pool seawall with no people?! This was 9am on Saturday 😯 I guess the fog kept everyone away, or maybe the big waves 💦 😆

I went over instead of under 🤩

Twice a year, the sun lines up perfectly with the Scripps Pier, creating one of San Diego’s most beautiful sunset moments. Most photographers head under the pier to capture It, but I decided to fly over to get a different perspective. 😉
