This last week was nothing we envisioned as first time parents, but are so thankful for God, each other, our families, the staff at the hospital and of course our little MJ! He will be in the NICU for a bit here, but we are all doing so well and are so blessed! ❤️

Wow, this team. They gave it everything they had, never backed down and FOUGHT. I am in awe of these athletes, and cannot believe we are walking away from the 2026 season with 2 state medals. The first time this has happened in program history! 💚

6 years have flown by, and I cannot believe that those little 7th graders (and the few we gained throughout the years) I met then are now graduating. The thought of not being their coach anymore stings, but I know they will do GREAT things.

I am so blessed to coach the best kids, in the best community, with the most inspiring coaching staff who have truly grown to become some of my best friends. It’s not all about the medals and trophies, but being apart of something that is much bigger than myself.

We wrapped up our very first competition at BDC! These girls brought it!

-My heart is feeling so grateful and fulfilled. Opening a studio is something I have dreamed of doing since I can remember, and I couldn’t imagine doing it with an anyone other than @baileyyeakins ❤️I am beyond blessed to work with the best instructors and dancers- Little Grayce would be in awe of the life I’m living. ❤️ taken in Chanhassen High School by @graycekmeyer

This team has my heart. As I finish my 5th season of coaching I am again reminded of how blessed I am to do what I love. This season I had to navigate balancing motherhood and coaching for the very first time. I would be lying if I said it was easy, but would be 100% truthful in saying it was worth it. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without my fellow coaches. I love and appreciate you more than words can say!

These kids are what keeps me showing up. Their hard work and determination is what put the little town of Holdingford on the map. They continue to break barriers and achieve new goals. We could all learn something from these athletes, myself included. I am so proud of each and every one of you. I love you all!🤍
