It’s been a year since all that shit happened sooo let’s recap….

I’ve learned so much about myself in this last year, I’ve found my true self and I’m able to fully express that everyday and live in a place I feel myself, surrounded by the city of love. Last pride was the worst pride I ever “celebrated”. I didn’t even feel like I needed to be celebrated with everything that happened, and how alone I felt. I’m very grateful for the people who helped me while I was homeless, especially @arlowewilling and Lily. Who opened up their home to me for two months while I could get myself on my feet. They also introduced me to my literal SAVIOR, Butter. The best thing to ever happen to me. My sweet Butter girl! This past year I also gained a new home away from home, @saltperformingarts I truly don’t know what my life would’ve been like if I didn’t find this wonderful community. I’ve found life long friends, a space I feel encouraged to be myself and feel understood with who I am as a person. This year definitely has had its challenges, and continues to hand me challenge after challenge. The song I chose for this post has been my anthem. Yes. My anthem. As someone who struggles deeply with mental health, it’s a song I can sing when I’m not feeling too hot, and need to cool off and disassociate. Cuz yea the title is true, but I know in my heart this life is worth it and things get better. If you are in a not good place, the first thing I recommend doing is surrounding yourself with people who love and accept you. Who pick you up, who hold you up, and keep you afloat. To anyone who finds themselves feeling alone this pride, know that you are not alone and I AM RIGHT HERE SUPPORTING YOU! You are loved. You deserve to live at your happiest. Once Upon a Mattress,
It’s hard to say goodbye to a show that didn’t even feel like it happened. With all of the fire alarm interruptions, tech malfunctions, snow storms (including the parking fiasco), understudy’s going on while having to delaying our final show, it didn’t really feel like we took our last bows. But we did. And post show depression still hits. Performing as the Jester made me feel really proud of who I am as a person, or at least who I try to be. I dedicated this show to Grandma Cookie and I felt her at almost every show. Very specifically opening night. Being able to bring a bit of myself into a character and put him onstage is such a blessing and I’m so happy I got to be a silly little boy who just wants the best for everyone. Thank you @saltperformingarts for this wonderful production. I had such a blast 👑 🃏 by @graycenpaulicelli

Instagram now gets to see my Bikini Bottom!!

Mr Krabs, you have no idea how much you have helped me heal. If I was not cast as you I don’t think my mental health would be where it is right now. I was going to put the “song” as Ironic by Alanis Morissette, because ya know. But trap Krusty Krab it is. I’ve met SO many new friends in Bikini Bottom. And I can tell they’re going to be life long. I’ve never met a group of people who truly get me, understand me and accept me. In the past I thought I knew what it was like to find true friends, but true friends don’t bully or make fun of you. They accept you for who you are and don’t talk shit about you and your other friends behind your back. @saltperformingarts has a ZERO TOLERANCE bullying and harassment policy. And they take that seriously. They don’t just care about the people watching the show, they care about the people putting on the show. Which I’ve seen firsthand, many places, not be a top priority. The first rehearsal it was engraved into our brains that kindness is key. SALT proves you can put on a killer show without compromising people’s mental health, in any capacity. Thank you to the wonderful cast and crew for making my dreams, and a lot of others dreams come true. I can’t wait to feed my good wolf forever.

I just know this won’t be my last time in Bikini Bottom, as I have now made it my life’s mission to play as many characters in this show as possible. If I could “Cher West Side Story” this show I would. taken in SALT Performing Arts by @graycenpaulicelli

Length: idk but she’s a lengthy lady

Names also accepted: Butter Bell, Butters, Butt Hair, Stick of Butter, Slippery Queen, Butterball, Butterbeer, or any variation of Butter. When she’s naughty, Butter Bitch.

According to spirituality, a white cat is a sign that light has entered your life. Butter entered my life at a very rough point and she is the main reason why I have been able to stay strong. We immediately attached to each other, and I can’t wait for her to be the most spoiled little kitty girl to ever be. by @graycenpaulicelli
